i bought nokia 5220 xpress music its a damn phone iam facing the problem from the day i purchased
now i have lost all my phone memory including themes, tones, music player dispalying not enough memory

I Have lost my nokia cell phone 6110 which is actually stolen from my purse on 13th August in 513bus towards mulund from vashi at khoperkherane. three stops after blue diamond stop I literally felt it was been removed till i make noice bus driver stoped the bus and i could not recginze the man. IMEI No is [protected]. I have already done the police complained in Khoperdherne. I would like to request to trace my cell and help me get my cell as it has lot of data which is very important to me.

Due to some problem Nokia Care has replaced the set twice, detail below:

1st Replacement

According to the purchase my mobile is still under warranty (purchased date mentioned above), then why the Nokia support staff refused to entertain my problem? The support staff said that your warranty is expired according to the 2nd replacement. And then I came to know that at the time of 2nd replacement Nokia Care give a different set (Nokia 6500) which is differ in terms of ESN no. (highlighted above)

My question now is that why Nokia has given me the mobile which has different ESN no.? And I was under impression that I got a new set. Which should be under fully warranty within the stipulated time period according to my purchase date? If not Why?

I am suffering continuously with the problem since June 2009 and visiting your centers so many times. It was really a bad experience for me.

I believe, you will definitely look into the matter and do the needful.
