[Resolved] Nokia E63 — Unsatisfactory Repair | |
Sir I had bought a nokia e63 handset 4 months ago. But soon its keypad started troubling. I submitted at nokia care (hotline comm.) 4 times but still ithas not been repaired these guys are keep on delaying it. I want to replace my handset but they are not ready to the same. My phone is still with them I submitted latest on 29th jan. Was this information helpful? | |

This is absolutly true, i am also facing the same problem in my nokia e63 which i bought from nokia priority center (tilak rd pune) before 2 weeks.. It started to hang very next week, when calls come i can not answer the call and also cant disconnect the same.. Phone automatially get switch off after this...aside all other nice features this problem is very common in e63...
I am also facing exactly the same problem.. so how do we get it rectified?
I too have same problem, After firmware update also phone hangs.

I broght a new Cellphone from Nokia E63, Very same day its stop working shopowner ask me to go to Service center They are just making fool, 2nd time they sent my new cellphone to Singapore for better reair.. after 20 days i am still waiting for reapired handset after paying for new..Om Dev sharma

i have purchased nokia e63 on 11th march 2010 but i m not satisfied due to hang up in my cell n then suddenly during adding a number to my cell it stopped working n wen showed to the dealer he says it needs to be checked thru manufacturer n then he says there is water in my cell how can that b possible when i mysel[censored]se it how cum n where from the water came in bcos after taking it from the dealer i had charged it only once n now the dealer says it need to be paid for repairing i think its disgusting when in 1 year warranty how can nokia people charge us n. do rep. i think nokia is getting worst day by day as this is my last experience in nokia m very disappointed
Nokia E63 is the worst, phone... Please dont buy the phone. Even the Nokia service, the so called NOKIA CARE is the worst service center you can end up with. The people over there are the most unprofessional people I have ever met in my whole life. I had a problem with keypad not working, couple of letters, K, L, Backspace not working. They made me wait, rather they made me call them every day for 3 weeks. Atlast without any embarrassment they told me they cannot fix it. And last but not the least is the words that they used, "Come and take it if you want to". The Nokia care that I did go is the Indiranagar, Bangalore, India center and it was the wrost experience of my life and this is it with NOKIA...

My name is Balasubramaniam; I have bought Nokia E-63 on 03/09/10 (POORVIKA MOBILES PVT LTD., PERAMBUR)

As I have regular problem in the mike, I have given for service in nokia care, perambur, Chennai on 25/10/10 and they serviced my mobile and returned in 2 days and after couple of days the same problem repeated and also key pad also problem. Again I went to the same service centre perambur paper mills road and given my mobile for service for the above said problems and the job sheet no.967 dated 13/11/10. And they told to come on 16/11/10 for the feedback. On 16/11/10 one Mr.Krishnamoorthy ([protected]) introduced himself as centre manager of nokia care perambur and told that the above said my mobile have some board problem and he told it will be rectified by the head office Delhi and also he told it will take 1 weak time ( ie on 22/11/10 ) it will be rectified and returned to me. I also request you to change my mobile and provide the new handset since my warranty period is alive.
I have attached the purchase bill and service job sheet scan copy.
Kindly do the needful as soon as possible. Expecting early reply.

Nokia E63 — cell getting hangup
HiI bought a nokai E63 from mobile store gurgaon one week back. from the day one i'm facing a problem on hangup on my cell. I could not login into my menu option box..
please get it checked ASAP
