[Resolved]  Nokia / E72 — problems with pdf format on my handset

Sir,
This is to inform you that i have bought a handset of E72 from Pooriva at East Tambaram in the month of January 2010.I have bought this model thinking that it would take care of my business needs.
To my utter dismay, the PDF Format is not at opening in my mobile, despite repeated
request by to various Nokia Care Centre, till today none has been able to resolve this issue.

Kindly suggest me as to whom should i contact for this problem.Since Nokia Care are not apt at this.
