Nokia — Regd. E-90
It has not even been 8-9 months since I bought a Nokia E-90 and the instrument has started giving problems. My instrument started giving me problems and the same was submitted to your Nokia Care center 'ARYANS COMMUNICATIOINS' in Lucknow (job sheet no.[protected]/080514/71).It has been 16 days and I have not received any satisfactory response from them. The parts for the same are not available. The Nokia Care center provides all kind of false promises of replacing the instrument but you call them you get a response to call back after 2 days.
It is just harassment for the customer as they have been duped into buying a world class product from a world class company giving world class service.
Nokia E 90 — No incoming and outgoing voice
The handset is giving the subject mentioned problems from so many days. Sent to Nokia Care at 30/28 East Patel Nager, New Delhi 110008 on 26.06.2008.We want to know the status of the handset.

E90 — E90 HANGS
i have purchased nokia E90 yesterday itself.i had opted this for ive been a nokia customer for last 8 years.
This phone hangs when we open the message box.
This hangs when we go to gmail shortcut created.
It takes atleast 2-3 min to open a mail.
If this the speed you think is right for the handset then i was misguided to get the same model for my email purposes.
If there is any technical help you can suggest - you are most welcome as i love this handset.
Ive already tried nokia care but to no avail.
pls suggest or change this handset.

Nokia E 90 — Hanged & stop working
Dear Sir,This is to kind notice my nokia E90 IMEI No. [protected], Product Code 0544491,
I have given my handset to Electra Care, Sec 35, Chandigarh vide their job sheet no[protected]/081031/19 dt 31-10-08
for rectifying the problem or replacing the set.
More five than five days have been passed but i have not received any call from your end.
Kindly look into the matter and let me know the status accordingly.

Nokia E90 — Nokia Poor Quality & Service
This is to inform you that I have purchased one Nokia E90 handset on 18 .Nov.2009.Soon after the purchase the handset started giving problems like low battery back up, phone hanging, camera hanging, speaker volume bursting and above all the whole housing and keypad colour fading.I spend Rs.35000/- on this premium Nokia Handset thinking that this phone will not give meany of these problems as are faced with the cheap models.But I think that Nokia has given its worst quality in the costliest handset specially in case of the housing.Depositing the handset in your service center Micronas Telecom, C-4, Sec-2, Noida, Up, India the customer care incharge there, Ms.Neha Singh gave me 15 days time to repair the same & also refused to change the housing.I just want to know the fact that first of all why Nokia has given such poor quality housing in its premium model.Secondly why Nokia is using such substandard components in their mobile phones whose longivity is not even six months.At last why 15 days are required to repair the handset & too without any standby handset.
I am a corporate user of Nokia handsets with 150 handsets being used in my company.But now my belief in Nokia quality & service is shattered.I want either my full money back or my handset replaced with a new one.I will never take back that repaired handset with fully faded housing.I had spend my hardearned money for quality, status & service which were defeated by this handset.

most of the hi-end multimedia phones are slow... except a few like iphone 3Gs
but there are few things u can try...
1. upgrade your software
2. open minimal apps..
3. keep the phone's storage free, instead u can put all ur images, songs etc into the memory card.

TRACKING MY LOST MOBILE WITH IMEI Number.Dear sir/mam, i have lost my Nokia E90 mobile from mulund (west), Mumbai on 24/8/09.I have registered a complaint in mulund police station, i have given my invoice dated 25/02/08 from SMIT ENTERPRIES, JAMNAGAR..My mobile IMEI N0:-[protected], please do track my mobile or else thefts or losses in mobile will be A mimicker y to our system and we will be appreciating more mobile thefts.

Nokia E90 — loss of aesthetics
NKIA E90 with ser no.[protected] of Jan 2009 lost its aesthetics badly, as its black skin started peeling off from the battery cover & front side.E- 90 — repairing of keypad required
I had purchased a nokia phone model no. E-90 & Serial No. [protected] on[protected]. I had given it twice to nokia service centre but still its not working properly. Its been two months since its gone for repair to the service centre but i have got no clue about its whatsoever from the people concerned. I would like you to inform me about the set, its whereabouts and its condition immediately . Nokia — poor quality of Nokia handset & poor service from Nokia Care
Dear,sir/madamI bought a NOKIA handset on March 9 from Moto World Dibrugarh,Assam,Model:X2 , IMEI NO:[protected] , BT NO:902954. From the first day itself I am facing quite a few problems with this phone.It had very poor battery backup & It takes 4-5 hours to get fully charged & gets verymuch heated while charging.Camera quality is also very poor,although it is featured with 5mp with flash. I took the handset to NOKIA CARE Dibrugarh & they provided me a service job sheet no:[protected]/110420/47.They returned the cell to me after two days saying that they sorted out the cell's problem & the cell was ok then but it wasn't.I got the same problems again.I again took the cell to the same NOKIA CARE & they told me that they are unable to solve the problem & they will send the cell to the company's head office.But now even after 15-16 days they haven't informed me anything about the cell.
It's a matter of great shame that a newly launched model of the world renouned NOKIA company is giving such problems from the day first.I am totally frustrated & feeling myself totally cheated.NOKIA has certainly decreased its quality & standard of its products.
So,I request the company to replace the cell as it is totally new.I was even unable to use it properly.

Nokia E 90 — Warranty support on Mobile phone
I purchased a NOKIA E 90 phone from a reputed dealer in New Delhi in November 2007. In about 15 days of the purchase the phone started misbehaving and on the 9th of the December the mike stopped working. There was no AUDIO OUT from my handset.On the 11th of Dec. the phone was given to Nokia Care in O-9 Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi. The compalint Job slip no is[protected]/071211/2. They told me the handsetr will be returned in 6 to 7 working days. Ever since I have been calling them and now it is more than 2 weeks but still my phone has not been returned till now.
I wonder what a company means by warranty? Is t=it ethical to keep a customers phone for such a long time under the name of warranty support?? I spent Rs. 38,500.00 on the phone and since 2 weeks I still have no asurance when the handset will be rectified and returned?
It should be the responsibility of the company to look into the matter and replace a handset if it is not possible to repair the same even in 15 days!!
I request that the issue be resolved ASAP and hope this mail will reach the right people behind the desks.
