i was send my mobile nokia x-6 (imei-[protected]) to customer care on[protected] for the fault of handfree jack.they give me my mobile back with 4 new faults on[protected].then i give my mobile back to them and now i am waiting for my cell, but they said that u take your mobile after 2 day and again when i go there they have no idea about my mobile condition and said take it after 3 day. there is 18 days complete bt my mobile in not repair by them. my complaint no[protected]/110905/52.

Nokia — Delay in customer srvices

I had purchased a new nokia 6300 series mobile n this year. it is still in warranty. Due to some problem i had to submit the set on the 27th Sep 2007 in Mobile Hut Allahabad. Whenever i call up i am told that the set is sent to head office for repair and i am asked to wait for another 10 days.
Nokia is not at all adhereing to custmer services.
i am not happy with your service and your staff, there behaveir is very rough while they are talking to a customer. please take some step for this.

Nokia — DELAY

I had problem in my mobile N72 so i have given to the service center ( shakespeare Sarani, kolkata - 700017 ) on the date of 18.01.08.

12 days they have taken to cheak the problem,in between i went to the service center many times, after that they said the problem will not be solved and given for replace on the date of 01.02.08.
Now the thing is nobody can say even the manager also how long it will take to get back my set. Its 2 months running every time they says next week you will ge, next week you will get I would like mantoin one thing that your exequitive are illmannered, thay do not speak to customer nicely and softly they are very rough. i am having a very worst experience i my life. I hope i will get the proper solution of my problem. please take some step for this and replace my mobile as soon as posible. Either i will not be the customer of nokia any more.
Dear Sir/Mam,

I have given my Nokia N73 to a nokia care centre (Karve Nagar) on 14.05.08 & as per them it will take max 10-12 days to repair.

Already 12 days has get over & i have not get any reply from there side even i didnt get any quotation or estimate expense for the same.

I am really fed up & they are not responding well if i make a call to him, they simply said "will get back to you"

I think i have done the wrong thing by giving my mobile to Nokia Care for repairing.

Please do the needfull.

I have given my Nokia 6270 to Nokia care (Sheetla WLL service, opp. Sector-14, Gurgaon) on 25.06.08.My IMEI number is [protected] and Job sheet number is[protected]/080625/131.As per them it will take 2 days for repair.
Already 16 days has get over and i have get no positive feedback from that side.
Ihave made phone calls to them many times and they reply the same thing all the time that it will take 2 days more.
I have also complaint it at Nokia careline[protected] on 08.07.08 my complaint no is 2/361LUF.
Plesase do the needful and help me out and what thing i have to do.
I think that have made a mistake by choosing the Nokia and nokia care for repairing.
Please do the needful and i hope for a response.

I perches n72 dated on 27/7/2008 with no. [protected] and next week it gets hang
I immediate reported my complent to nokia care at Shree Communication (Shop No-1 & 2,
Yashogita Building, Near Mhatre Bridge, Next to Matai Chembers, Erandwane, Pune)After
the long period of two weeks i received my handset with the new serial no.[protected]
(that was Repaired) with the(exchanged) old key pad.again after eight day it gets hang
and i submitted to nokia care dated at he same place on 16/8/2008 and still i am not able
to receiving my handset they are still post ponding the dates( Now its 9/09/2008) i am
geting tiered with those peoples a very very poor & thired class service
And i must get the New one (Not repaired)against my faulty & repaired handset I all ready
paid for the new one and not for the repaid handset I already given a chance to repair and
after repair its stuck again And now i am not agree to get my faoulty had set again to face
problem and a thried class service.

I WANT NEW HAND SET INSTEAD OF REPAIRED

I would like to mention my total use of handset
Total days from perches is 71 days
Total use day 33
and for repair it takes 38 days

I am ferm upon to get extended warranty of 38 days on my handset.
model name N81-3 5rd time complaint sent tol3 for same complaint per job no;8084/40, 81202/29 delay one month
I have bought Nokia 3610 Nov, 2008.Due to some reason the phone was locked, I took my cell to P-39, Princep Street, Kol-700072 Nokia care centre on 30.01.2009 and it is within warranty period. They told me that it will take 45 minutes to repair but due to some software installation problem they told me to collect after 15 days but now, its 2 months and 11 days past every time they told me that they have sent it Head office and also they are harassing with wrong information about my set.
I have bought a Nokia 5320 set with IMEI : [protected]from AUTHORIZED NOKIA showroom on 1ST OCT 2008 since day one i m finding some or other issues related to set technology and customer satisfaction firstly there was problem related to my memory card now MY display of set is not funtioniong I went to ur costomer service department they said change ur display and pay us Rs1350 for the display I m regular purchaser of NOKIA sets why u dont cover this display changing in ur Warranty period as if my set is in the warranty I M really feelig u should confirm what is covered or what is not my cell is in the warranty period so Kindly look into the matter and relie[censored]s from poor customer satifaction and give us the best deal as earliest

i have sent my nokia n8 before 20days from mysore to noida but i dint get it back...... Can u tel wen i'll get back it
i bought this costly nokia handset N 8 worth Rs 25000/-(IMEI [protected]) on 22/10/10. Just 6 months after the purchase the cell was showing certain problems of automatically switching on and off, then suddenly 1 day it switched off permanently. i submitted it at a nokia care centre in silchar (chanda commercial center) ASC code 720_504866 on 18/05/2010. they told me that it would take a few days and they would call me. it has been almost 20 days but till now i havent got my cell back neither has the care center informed me as to when i ll be getting it back and when i try to call them they dont receive.

first of all it was such a costly set, at that price i could have easily gone for samsung or other mobile phones but decided to go with nokia taking into account its reliability and durability. but now i think all those notions were bogus. if any higher authority is listening to my appeal, please help me to get my mobile back or better replace the set.

i would like to draw your attention towrds the services what we are getting from NOKIA CUSTOMER CARE. I gave my my cell phone to the nokia customer care for repairing, my cell phone is in warranty periods,
i gave my cell phone on 26th sept. 2012 and they said to me your cell phone is repaired within 10 days, today is 30th oct. 2012 and during these day i went to the care so many times, whenever I ask for my cell phone they just reply me to wait 2 or 3 days more. Sir this was enough.I belongs to a middle class family, i can't buy a new phone so sir i requested to you please take some action against them, i also attach the job sheet that was given to me by nokia care.
