[Resolved]  Nokia Lumia 610 — replacement

Recently on[protected],I bought a Nokia lumia 610 handset,the IMEI no. is-[protected]. after 7/8 days its display was stopped working. I visited to shop,they told to visit Nokia care. I visited nokia care siliguri. They told me it will take 10/12 days,,,& tha handset will repair. So, i told them If i spent 12,400/- on a mobile & it starts disputes within 15 days.....so why i will buy this....give me the replacement or refund the amount...which i spent on it........

I contacted with nokia care head office to various number..they assured me to respond within 1 hrs...today is the 3 rd day....no response i got from nokia.......


plz help me....

Locating a Nokia Care Centre (NCC) is very Easy !
SMS “NCC<space><City Name>” & send it to 55555, within few seconds you will receive the list of NCCs in that city.
NEVER purchase Nokia Lumia 610. Even a cheap Chinese phone is better.
I had purchased Nokia Lumia 610 on 09.09.12 from Croma Store at Rohini
but the phone is not working since 21.09.12 and there was no display.
I lodged complain with the store and my phone was taken for replacement/repair by customer care representative . I was told by the Croma Store representative that the phone will be repaired at the Nokia care centre only and Nokia care centre in Delhi is not accepting the phone as they donot have any spare display to replace with.
After a lot of efforts and making complain to Nokia headquarter, the handset was finally accepted at Ghaziabad Nokia around ten days back but the phone is still not repaired. I had made many calls to the Nokia care cente and each time I am told that it will take two three days more.
i purchased a nokia lumia 610 only 16 days ago on 25/01/2013. During this time i went twice to Nokia Care for repairing. I am not able to hear voice from incoming and outgoing calls. I am loyal customer of Nokia since past 8 years I use Nokia. Even I had good option compare to this phone in Android Os I have purchased this just because Loyalty to Nokia. Is this that Nokia which is known for his customer Support? Should this phone not to be replaced ? Customer Care are not giving proper response ? They are not ready to replace phone. They said it is minor fault. What major fault can happen in mobile except un able to hear voice of in and out going call? Is it Fair?
