[Resolved] Nokia Mobile Phone N8 — Phone Dead | |||
I purchased Nokia N8 in November 2010. Last week the Mobile Phone suddenly stopped working with no display. The Nokia Authorized Service Centre in Nagercoil informed me that it will take more than two weeks to get it repaired, as they will send this unit to New Delhi. I wonder why a reputed Company like Nokia is selling Mobile Phones with too much hardware problems. No wonder, Nokia's sales is going down worldwide. Was this information helpful? | |||

Nokia Mobile Phone N8 — Power Failure
I purchased Nokia N8 in November 2010. I used it rarely. I used to charge it regularly. Last week suddenly it failed to work with no display and response at any commands. Nokia Authorized Service Centre in Nagercoil said that they will send it to New Delhi for repairs and it will take more than two weeks. When I asked them for a stand-by Nokia N8, they refused. I cannot understand why a reputed company like Nokia is selling it's Products with defective Power Supply System or defective Battery. If Nokia doesnot improve in the quality, it will loose customer confidence drastically.51%

Nokia — phone power failure
respected sir/madam,i brought a nokia 3110 classic phone on 31 december 2008 for cost of Rs.4450, but after sometime o[censored]sage i face a problem of power failure in my phone in march 2009 for that i contact to nokia care center but when they return my phone after that within 2 or 3 days i face this problem again so after that i give my phone 8 times more to nokia care center for the same problem but they return me my phone after this kind of temporary repair and when i said to them that "this problem is generating again and agin so please take a quick action and please replace my phone" so they always said to me that "we can't replace your phone till we can make it repaire" but reality is this they repaire my phone in temporary condition and after that i hav to face this problem again and again i m not geting any kind of help and support from nokia company and nokia care center so please kindly help me to recover me from this problem by taking an action on nokia company
