[Resolved]  Nokia N - 72 — Complaint Aganist Nokia Care jharsuguda

Dear Sir,
I would like to inform you that i am your customer Mr. S.K.Rakshit, i have bought Nokia N-72 on Dt-6/01/08 from NOKIA PRIORITY DEALER JHARSUGUDA. I want to make your kind notice to the fact that the headset provided by your company has stopped working with in 4 months. I had surrendered it in the NOKIA CARE, JHARSUGUDA(ASC=306_343506) they confirmed that the headset was dead, not audible at all and excepted it for replacement. I was provided a job sheet no[protected]/080523/16 on 23/06/2008.
You have promised in your job sheet that all effort would be taken to solve the problem with in 7 days but i feel that in my case you are taking too much time to replace it.17 days are over and nokia care executive says that delivery time is uncertain. It may take 7 days or more. Today i made a call at 11o'clock and nobody was taking the phone and when i went there personally they told me to come on next week that to delivery is uncertain, then i made a call to your toll free number and complained.

I hope you will take care of your social responsibilities towards your customer and perform your duties by taking quick action and without wasting time both ours. Pls replay on [protected].

i hav a set N72.actuaaly its not working properly...2 problen arise ..the fist is hanging nd another is key problem, ...so i want 2 repair as soon as possible.can u give ur contact number so i can call u immediatly
