[Resolved]  Nokia N70 — Very poor service of Nokia dealers

This is Saurabh mathur. I bought a Nokia N70 Music Edition series which was of cost of 14500 from a dealer of Nokia. During the Warranty period, the headset of my mobile N70 (Music Edition) was not functioning properly the day we bought this mobile. i made a several oral complaint which generaly a customer do to the dealer of Nokia named 'Varun Communication' located in Amroha (J.P.NaGAR) u.p. India but no satisfactory response we received from his part. After several visit made by us to Varun communication he told us that your headset will send to Company contact to the distributor of company situated in Moradabad in the name of 'Rajiv Sons' Nokia care center. we went to rajiv sons which was around 40 km far from our city and told him the problem with our headset. He kept our full headset (AD-41) by his representative Miss Priya on dated 07.07.2007 by providing a job sheet No. 25029 and promised that u will received it on 12.07.2007 but when we went on giving date they did not provide us the new headset and said that come on after 4 days. Is it a good service? Today life is so fast and for getting better services we go for mobile we are investing a huge amount in Nokia for purchasing n-series. Good the distributor of nokia have no value of their promises. Company is appointing that distributors who does not know the value of commitment. I am facing so much problem without headset as i am a legal professional and can not hold my mobile every time. I received a number of call in a day so without headset this mobile is useless for me.

Nokia N70 — very poor response of nokia customer care

I have purchased Nokia N70 phone few months ago & after few days it was hanged, interference in video recording, memory card got corrupted. i had gone to the customer care for 6 to 7 times but still my phone is not working properly and still having interference in video recording and having corrupted memory card. I am very frostrated with nokia's customer care response. i can not understand how to complaint to the direct in the nokia company so the customer care people are taking benefit of it.

Nokia — Poor response from Nokia Care

Hi, I am CP Dwivedi. I was using model no. 3230 of Nokia. The network of the same was not working. As I approached to Nokia Care, Sanjay Gandhi Puram, Lucknow, the attitude however has worsen the things. The problem told was neither entertained nor any interest was shown for it's resolution. An insisted option provided to me was to go for a costlier handset. The occurence of defect however differs from person to person at Nokia Care.
I was also insisted that the hanset should be repaired at my own cost from some other service provider.

On the above ground, I am bound to think about the parameters set for serving the customers creating such a pathetic state of affairs.

Nokia n70me — POOR CUSTOMER SEVICE

i have deposited my phone at nokia care centre in jamshedpur.the details of the centre is gurunanak agancies, landmark tower, 52, thakur bari road, aam bagaan, sakchi, jsr-06.my phone had a major problem.it is mentioned in the job sheet (job sheet number[protected]/080819/29) and i was told that my problem would be solved in maximum of 15 days.the product code is 0539276 and warranty reference number is APAINY[protected].ASC number is 310_343506.i have deposited my phone on 19th of august 2008.and till today have not got any positive response from their side.its very disappointing to see such a poor service of nokia care centre.it is just spoiling the goodwill of the company.the phone is urgently needed.please look into the matter.
I Agree to what Ashutosh has said.The company is just spoiling their goodwill.i think company should compensate Ashutosh by giving him a New phone soon.I think thats the only way company can save their goodwill..

Nokia — very poor customer care services

I gave my Nokia 2760 for battery back up problem at vaishali, ghaziabad vare centre. they told me to come after 5 days when i came after 5 days they returned my set with 1 more problem og charging when again i gave them my phone back they said it will be replaced. but its already more than a month they have done nothing and just passing the time by saying tomorrow then again tomorrow. but that tomorrow never came.
I am really upset why i purchased this set.

Nokia — Discount to dealers

Sir i am a retailer of cellphones in south delhi.I am not complaining its just that when u started giving dicounts to cellphone dealers, i appreciated your step and was very happy earlier as profit margins in cellphones are not good as it used to be, but bcoz big companies get higher discounts they are selling phones to customers less than the dealer price bcoz of which our customers are going to them.

You should not stop giving discounts but need to have check against these big companies bcoz of which small retailers are largerly affected.

Nokia — very poor customer support

my phone N91 has been submitted to nokia care for the last 4 mnths still there is no sign of the phone getting repaired

Nokia — Delay in response and poor response

We had bought a nokia 2505 black mobile from True Value shop Tripunithura.We had given it for service in Poovath International, 4th floor, Kurian Towers, opp saritha Theatre, Banerji Road, Cochin-18, Ernakulam on 7th March 2009.Their target delivery rate was on 21st March.The current problem is that we face is that we have not received our mobile and whenever we call their customer care they say that it is in delhi, madras etc.They also give us a very poor response.It is almost now 2 months yet they say they have no idea on when they can give the mobile.We had a postpaid connection of Tata indicom and till date we are being compelled to pay the rental.Hope you would take the necessary actions.

NOKIA N70[MUSIC SERIES] — poor service of nokia

i've purchased a n70 music series phone in the year 2008, 8th feb, from the january 2009 my set's head set & usb slot didn't work properly.though i've compromised with it. but from the month of may it fully stopped working, so my question is that though NOKIA IS A REPUTED COMPANY its product is fully cheap in working, i'm fully dissatisfied with nokia's working capability . its service centers are also poor in doing their work. i've bitter experience of its behaviour as well as it's working capability, i've submitted my n70 set 1of its service center situated in barrackpore, WEST BENGAL, i'm unable to contact with them as they have only 1 working phone and other is damaged, still only 1phone every time told that THE USER IS BUSY PLZ CALL AGAIN LATER.so my ques is that WHEN ""THE LATER TIME"" WILL COME.so i suggested people to not to buy nokia set as their quality as well as service & longivity are very poor in NATURE. i don't know they correct their NATURE or not.

I THINK DURGAPUR CARE CENTER IS NOT SO ACTIVE IN THERE WORK
BECAUSE IN 2008 IN MONTH OF APRIL I BOUGHT 5310 XPRESS MUSIC IT WAS GOOD FOR SOME TIME BUT AFTER A YEAR LATER HANDSET STARTED PROBLEMS LIKE SOFTWARE PROBLE, HANGING PROBLEM.
I WENT TO NOKIA CARE FOR SERVISING THEY GAVE ME THE MOBILE BY DELETING ALL THE FILES OF 5310 AND GIVEN THE FILES OF 5200
AFTER USING FOR 15 DAYS IT STARTED HANGING NOW WHEN I M GOING TO NOKIA CARE THEY R TELLING THAT THIS AMOUNT OF MONEY WILL BE NEEDED THAT AMOUNT OF MONEY NEEDED .I M FULL DISHEARTED WITH THIS .I THINK U SHOULD CHECK IT OR TRY TO HELP ME

Nokia — poor response

I BOUGHT NOKIA MINI N97 IN AUGUST 2010 SINCE THEN IT KEEPS ON HANGING.I KEPT ON COMPLAINING IN NOKIA CARE BUT NOBODY EVEN BOTHERED TO HEAR ME.THEY USED TO FORMAT IT AND GIVE ME BACK.THE PHONE USED TO HEAT ALSO!!!!!!! AFTER ALMOST 7 MONTHS THEY UNDERSTOOD MY PROBLEM AND TOLD ME THAT MY PHONE WILL BE REPLACED BUT I CAN ONLY TAKE C7 IN THE REPLACEMENT WITH NO WARRANTY AND NO SEAL!!!!!!!!! I REFUSED TO TAKE THE PHONE WHICH IS ALREADY OPEN....I MADE A COMPLAINT BUT NO RESPONSE HAS COME FROM THEIR SIDE.ALMOST 15 DAYS HAVE PASSED AND M THE ONE WHO IS SUFFERING...I REQUEST U TO CONTACT ME SOON MY NO IS [protected]
