Nokia N70 — Very poor service of Nokia dealers
This is Saurabh mathur. I bought a Nokia N70 Music Edition series which was of cost of 14500 from a dealer of Nokia. During the Warranty period, the headset of my mobile N70 (Music Edition) was not functioning properly the day we bought this mobile. i made a several oral complaint which generaly a customer do to the dealer of Nokia named 'Varun Communication' located in Amroha (J.P.NaGAR) u.p. India but no satisfactory response we received from his part. After several visit made by us to Varun communication he told us that your headset will send to Company contact to the distributor of company situated in Moradabad in the name of 'Rajiv Sons' Nokia care center. we went to rajiv sons which was around 40 km far from our city and told him the problem with our headset. He kept our full headset (AD-41) by his representative Miss Priya on dated 07.07.2007 by providing a job sheet No. 25029 and promised that u will received it on 12.07.2007 but when we went on giving date they did not provide us the new headset and said that come on after 4 days. Is it a good service? Today life is so fast and for getting better services we go for mobile we are investing a huge amount in Nokia for purchasing n-series. Good the distributor of nokia have no value of their promises. Company is appointing that distributors who does not know the value of commitment. I am facing so much problem without headset as i am a legal professional and can not hold my mobile every time. I received a number of call in a day so without headset this mobile is useless for me.
