sir,
I buyed nokia n72 in past 2 to 3 months but i have gon 3 times to nokia care for software change in my mobile but now this time my phones is dead when i went to nokia care they tell me that your phone has manuphare difect your phone have to send to head office in nodia fore repair u wait for 1 month this is not the way to sourt out this problem . i want replasement of that set.

Subject: Unfair trade practice by M/s Music planet Nokia care centre, Sector 15 Market, faridabad.


On the aforementioned subject I have to submit as under:

1. That I had purchased a Nokia N72 handset No.[protected] on 28.12.2007 from Subhiksha Trading Services Ltd. Vide bill number 31180 for Rs.8380 and a warranty period of one year from the date of purchase was extended to me vide he aforesaid bill.

2. That the aforesaid set developed some technical snag and I visited the Nokia Care centre at Music Planet, SCF 71-72 Basement, Sec 15 MKT, Faridabad. The set was accepted by M/s Music Planet and a Service Job Sheet numbered[protected]/080801/37 dated 01 August 2008 was given to me. A perusal of the copy of the Job Sheet clearly indicates that the set was accepted under warranty conditions.
3. That I visited M/s Music Planet on 5th Aug 2008. on the invitation and after confirmation from Nokia care centre to collect my repaired mobile handset device. The set was handed over to me and thereafter I left the place .
4. That since late in the evening, I am receiving telephone calls and being asked for making payment for servicing for my cell phone which is already under warranty period and the charges for any repairs were not told to me at the time of delivery at the counter and no such charges were mentioned in the job card also. Also the mobile set is under warranty period. The charge and claim made by M/s Music Planet sounds quite illogical and irrational.

That the allegation by M/s Music Planet that set was tampered is arbitrary, false, and baseless and the claim for the repairing charges is irrational and illogical.

5. That it is undisputed that the set of worth Rs.8380 is my property and it belongs to me. The alleged remuneration claim for the repair of the set which is under warranty is arbitrary and amounts to unfair trade practice.

Mobile N 72, Nokia — Hangover of mobile

I have purchased N 72 Mobile, Nokia Make on[protected]. The set No. is: [protected]

Around 2 months back its software was hangover and repaired by Nokia Service centre Noida. After repair of two days again it happened.

Now on dt.[protected] the same problem is occoured.

I am a sevice class person. If the problem is with N Series mobile, the set to be replaced by the company.

My advise nobody should purchase Nokia phone in future.

I had a problem with aNokia n72 set which is under warranty, the set was submitted to nokia care on 11th August, after several visits and followups they have promised to replace my set with a new one as they are unable to repair the set, today(12/09/2008) they didn't gave me a set which I ddn, t found till now I want asked you why didn't they return my set

This is a clear case of mal-business practice and cheating I request Nokia to give me my new set back

Nokia N72 — Too much time to repair

I m using N72 since Aug-2007, Now i faced sum problem in my hand set, , , problem was Mobile set does not on... nd immidetly i went to ur nokia custmor care centre, Guru Kirpa Shop, Battan Lal Road, Mandi Gobindgarh, Distt fatehgarh Sahib, Punjab, on last 26 days, when i go there they did not proper responce, his answar is ur set is not ready, your set is in chandigarh, when we'll go to chandigarh thn i 'll provide you, and evry his excuse is u can receive ur set next wednesdey or saturdayevery time when i visited his shop, dis is excuse

i gave my n 72 for to rpaire the camera flash on 8oct. at nokia care, jaljog choraah, jodhpur (raj.)
there is a repair men called '' amit pareek'' first he was so bed with me with uncomfertable eyes, and he came to me out side and said me that he will need his memory card and bettery too. i said ok when after 20 days i came to get back my cell i got my cell but i asked amit for my memory card and bettery he said there are no details in job sheet for your memory card then i said him i gave you when you asked me personally he said no
and lot's of bed words then i decide to never come back again when the nokia care the peoples like this

Nokia N72 — faulty set

just after 15 days of expiry of warranty the set failed & i got it repaired at nokia care, m/s global communication by paying Rs 1800 & just after one month it again became useless . The nokia care is again asking for Rs 1400, as if I had made a mistake by buying a Nokia porduct.
