N73 — replacement under warranty

i had purchased a nokia n73 piece which was under warranty from a dealer of nokia,
after one month the piece gave an error i.e
"contact to retailer" after contactiong the retailer the piece was send to nokia gallery werin it was declared that the piece is to be replaced which took nearly 10 working days, by nokia gallery mumbai
after 10 days nokia gallery mumbai said the replaced piece will be issued by nokia delhi office and will take min 7 to 10 days.

Regret to inform that the piece has been not recd at my end even after completion of one month from the date of commitment to send delhi, after checking on web understood that nokia is not been taking care of it customer complaints.

Nokia N73 — no service from nokia care

i have bought new n73 and my joystick has became useless nd i hav went to nokia care bilaspur about 3 or 4 times nd they r giving no responce they r saying the parts r not available.They saying this from 2 0r 3 weeks but now if my problem will not solve by nokia care i will go to CONSUMERS FORUM nd file the case againt nokia. i want immediate solution.

the nokia service centre is worst they provide no service to the coustemer.the parts are not available in the service centre.

Nokia N73 — New phone not working properly

First of all I thank to https://www.consumercomplaints.in for all the helps made by them to get me a new set.
I received a new Nokia N73 with new IEMI number on 04/10/08 after i complained here for their refusal from service. The new set was nice and was working properly when i received it. But now, even a month has not passed and the camera of phone has stopped working. The same problem which was in the old set. Now the warranty has ended and i have not been given any new or extended warranty on my new set. What should i do? Please suggest and help me out.
Shouldn't a new IEMi No. carry a new warranty?

with respect i beg to say that i had tried to update my nokia N73.but the upgradation was not completed and the nokia software updater comitted error.so how i can change my product code.and plz issue me a latest product code.i will be very thankful to you.

Nokia N73 — GPRS not connecting

Iam chandu, iam using Nokia N73, I saved new configurations settings on my mobile, when i connect to GPRS it was just showing white page only, not opening any pages, I called customer care so many times regarding this problem, even then they are not activating it.could u please look at my problem.

I have purchased a N73 mobile which is under warranty. The set was hung and ceased functioning on 20th Oct, 08 and was given to Tele Solutions, DN-1, Sector -5, Salt Lake, Kolkata -91 (ASC[protected] on the same date for repair.

Job Sheet Number for the repair is[protected]/081020/50.

After long days of 38, on 28th Nov, 08, they have provided me a old set used by someone else.

Why should I receive an old set?

I have asked several times through e-mails whether they will provide me a new set or not but they are so much reluctant to answer properly.
