[Resolved]  Nokia N8 — No repairing of Mobile

I purchased my Nokia N8 thinking of Nokia is a reputated company from which i can expect good services & good product.
Its almost 11 months when i purchased my Nokia N8.

Firstly i faced the problem of very low performance(Very Slow Response) & not dedected by computer. So i submitted it to nokia care & they sent it to delhi. It took almost one month but i got my phone ok.


Second time i submitted my phone to nokia care as it was not dedecting the memory card on dated 12.01.12, at the same date Nokia Care Person told me that your mobile warrenty is going to over soon & if you want you can extend it for one more by paying Rs. 1414.00 to us. i paid Rs 1414.00 & exteneded the warrenty of my mobile(Registration PIN:[protected], Registration Date: 12.01.2012). After it they sent it to delhi for repairing. I got my mobile back on 27.01.2012 but when i checked it it was having same problem of not dedecting the memory card. when i told this to Nokia care person then he straight way said i can't help you in this regard, you have to submit it again & it will go to delhi again for repairing.

I decided to not to repair my mobile as it was very difficult for me to do daily work without my mobile. But i found it battery backup has become very poor(Only 10-12 hours without usage from full charging to switch off), so i was having no option other then to submit again to nokia care.

Third time i submit my mobile on 06.02.2012 for not dedecting memory card & very poor battery backup. i got my mobile back on 17.02.2012 without repair & nokia person told me that there is abit breakage on your mobile at the top(along with the hole of 3.5 mm jack, left side of hole) so Nokia has decided to not to repair my mobile

I have following points

1) Why Nokia sent my phone back to me without repair(when it was submitted by me on 12.01.2012)
2) The breakge is too small that it can't affect memory card or battery backup, why nokia want to take hide of breakage & prevent himself from providing services to me
3) Why warrenty of my phone was extened if it was in the condition that can't be repaired under warrenty.
4) Nokia care has not provided any soultion to my problem till date(3.3.12), why nokia is taking my case too lightly though i have many times called nokia help line number and have mail more then 15 times, why nokia is interested in mail game only.

I have been not only suffered economically after purchasing of Nokia N8 but mentally tortured by Nokia services.
