Nokia X6 — mishandling and improper service | |||
my cell phone nokia x6 was hanging and was a bit slower in operations. therefore i went to nokia care at greter noida. after checking out they said that the software needs to be updated and asked me to take after 1 hour. but when i went to atke my cell phone, they said that the hasn't yet finished, and asked me to come the next day. the next day i got my cell phone, but it was still hanging out and a new problem arouse i.e. my cell phone getting switched out frequently. and my cell phone is also mishandled by them. i am really not finding any way out. sir, i have got the service request number i.e.:- 1-[protected]. as the reply to my complaint.
can you tell me, how much time will it take further for solving my problem, because my cell phone has really gone in a bad state.
shall i wait, or have other cell phone, till that period. and my cell phone is also in warranty period.

i am also suffering by Nokia X6, it is worst phone i have ever used.
Nokia Care has bad service, bad employee there.
its like bullcrap
next time i will never go with Nokia.

Dear Sir/MadamRef: Mishandling of cell phone
I am writing with regard to the above complaint I wrote to you 2 weeks back asking you to come up with a suitable solution to resolve this complaint. Your attempts to resolve the problem have not been satisfactory and you claim that there is nothing more you can do to help me. It appears that we have reached a position of deadlock and that therefore, I am left with no alternative but to take my complaint to Consumer Court.
I would afford you one final opportunity to reconsider your position and confirm to me within the next 7 days that you will come up with a suitable solution or alternatively send me a letter of deadlock. If I do not hear from you within this timeframe I will refer this dispute to Nokia with no further reference to you.
