Nokia 3110C — Refuse to Provide Services

Dear Sir

I had purchase Nokia 3110 from Tilak nagar last Year as on 17th November 2007. In june there are some problem which is repair from nokia priority care ( Authorised Dealer) Janakpuri. After some time there are another problem face by me, so I check my phone from net dot solution (nokia Customer care) wz-200 Bajaj Tower Jail road, New Delhi. They told that " the handset model 3110c is already repaired by unauthories shop because we found during the ELS that handset is tempered". they told me to pay the fee Rs. 800/- for repair, but it is under warranty.

Please help us how they can say that i have repair from unauthoriesed Dealer.

Sir, I want to have internet connection in my computer using GPRS system.Will "NOKIA 3110CLASSIC " will provide me total internet browsing.

Nokia 3110C — Switch off

I bought Nokia 3110C on dec 2008 & Iam using 2 GB Memory card
At first it works without any problem but 5 month its gets switched off even update its version to 7.21
in NOKIA CARE CHITTOOR
I think the phone memory contains virus
pls help me

I have purchased Nokia-3110c on 14-jan-2009 in the evening from Swastik Mobile Shop(Nokia Priority Dealer),
Near Mahavir Shoping center,
Agra road, Kalyan(w)-421301

I found it faulty on the same day night. when we talk, it gets heated very fast within 3-4 mins, which is harmful to our ears.
As shop was closed on monday, i went to the dealer on tuesday to get replace the piece. But he was not agreeing that the cell is getting heated.
when we argue, he ready to send it to the service center and kept cell with him. when i went next day i.e wed dated 17-Jun-2009 he was arguing that service center said this
cellphone is not having any problem. when i asked him about service center report he refuses by saying service center donot provide any report if phone do not have any problem.
they gives job sheet only when there is some problem. Is it? It is not that i am getting problem after some months.
if just within 2-3 days if customer found that the piece is faulty dealer should replace it.
How one can believe on Nokia's service and quanlity? I want to register a compaint againt the said matter

Please do the needful.

nokia3110c — unit gets heated up

the unit gets heated up if i speak for more than 5 minutes, ... and it is a new unit purchased on 28th of july 2009... i just want to know the cause for this perticular problem and can i get a replacement for this deffective unit.. awaiting for your reply as soon as possible

I HAVE BOUGHT NOKIA C3-01 1 MONTH AGO.ITS BATTERY HAVE STOPED WORKING SO I HAVE GIVEN A COMPLAINT TO THEM.THEY GIVE ME THE DATE THAT WHEN SHOULD I COME AND TAKE MY MOBILE BACK.WHEN I GO THERE THEY SAID COME AFTER 1 WEEK, BECAUSE ITS STILL NOT REPAIRED THEY DID THE SAME THING MANY TIMES.AND WHEN THEY HAVE REPAIRED THEY CALL ME AND SAID U CAN TAKE YOUR PHONE BACK.AFTER 2-3 DAYS THAT MOBILE AGAIN STOP WORKING.AND WHEN I AGAIN COMPLAINT THEY SAID RUDELY THAT ITS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY WE CANNOT DO ANYTHING.THEY DON'T KNOW HOW TO TREAT WITH THERE COSTUMERS.ITS MY REQUEST .PLZ HELP ME.THIS PHONE COSTS Rs8,000.AFTER EVERY 2-3DAYS THIS PHONE STOPS WORKING.SO PLZ HELP ME.
