[Resolved]  Not Receive Rto Book — non delivery of speed post

i speed posted an imp. document on 1st oct 08 with application no.EE[protected]IN from faridkot to Dell International Services Ltd., Gurgaon... today is 13th oct 08 but it has not been recieved yet..the movement status shows it was dispatched from ambala on 4th oct.but has not reached the destination yet..plz enquire into the problem..

I booked a envelope through spedd post on date 11th April for Surat (GJ) but till date it is not deliver, while on booking slip the EDD is given 12.04.2009.
