[Resolved]  Nr Buildcon — Fraud by N R Buildcon!

These ppl have received Township license for their project at Ghaziabad N.H-58, i also have the copy of it, if anybody wants please mail me at [protected]@gmail.com.
According to me these ppl are not fraud, as if they were fraud they world have ran away a long back, but still they are at there office at C.P and are refunding ppl their money, i also got my refund after 16 months but i got it.
one plot of 180 sq.yd. at ghaziabad which i have continued and i hope the price will definitely increase there as around 6 to 7 other builders are developing in that particular area and their construction is already started.
Getting a license in such kinda place is itself very hard, but they got it after facing such problems, according to my opinion these ppl have a bonafide intention

I am also stuck with this company for last 2 years and tryig to get my money back from them which i deposited for NR builder's manesar project.
Any suggestion on how this can be done?

Rajesh Buildcon & Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd — Fraud & Cheating Diamond City

Yes, it seems Rajesh Buildcon & Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd is a fraud company, I also booked a plot at Jaipur with them since 2006 in their project namely Diamond City Jaipur near Diggi Malpuria Road and as on today 06/03/2009, they have not given the allotment and failed to return my hard earned money, however they are now suggesting to shift the investment to their another project i.e. in Diamond Vedic City At Haridwar, which itself explains that they are not genuine .. I will now take help from media to highlight this issue in newspaper so that other people are not cheated again plus initiate legal proceedings against the company . There are few agents as well who have helped Rajesh Buildcon & Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd.to get the customers for the booking of the plots .. they must be equally punished . Please let me know what is the current status . Have you received your money back or not ?

My client Radhey Krishna Pvt. Ltd. Co., through Managing Director Sh.Shyam Choudhary Flat No. 82, DDA MIG Flats, Sector – 19, Pocket – 3, Dwarka, New Delhi – 75, (Mobile: [protected]) has entered into an Agreement of Purchase of 44 Bighas of land in Village Badehi, Rajputni Roorkee, Haridwar with Sh. P.K. Mittal of Haridwar, but now one Sh. Gupta in league with Sh. P.K. Mittal a colonizer, is trying to sell the plots in the name of Diamond Vedic City, Roorkee, out of the land in which my client has already deals & Civic suit has been filed in the Court of Haridwar & if any person deals with above said Rajesh Gupta or P.K. Mittal in respect of the abovesaid property, he will be responsible of his own for all costs & consequences.

N R BuildCon Had cheated to me also .Mr subhash Aggarwal did not show the Facts of Builder's image at the time of Payment for Prelaunch.

Plz beware Mr. Subhash aggarwal (Agent NR Buildcon : Ghaziabad).He is still collecting the money from investors at the name of N R Buildcon.

I had appled one ptot of 180 sq yrds on their gaziabad site through my broker ms jai kiran associates which is an associate concern of ms n r buildcon pvt ltd having its office w 2a 075 wellington estate ii dlf city phase v gurgaon haryana through its director mr mahhesh khosla mob no [protected][protected] .
we should file the case against the dealers also who got us into this or introduced witjh the company by giving us the rosy picture.they are the equaly defaulters as the company is.

this is quiet pathetic that even after paying the booking amount and the second instalment also, i have booked three plots under different names and even after so many years the so called gate is still under construction, i cann not under stand is this gate be made from stone from earth or they are importing it from moon, that is why it is taking so long time, i have already asked for the refund but till now nothing is happening. so i would suggest that we have to come together and get these people down to earth . Let us join hands to fight these frauds. In case of any development call at [protected]

whats the current status of this builder now, are they giving possessions now because all there installments have completed now, if not and people think of filling a court case against this company then i am also with them.

Is there is any update on the NR Buildcon NH-58 project.

THIS COMPANY IS COMPLETE FRAUD, HE HAS TAKEN THE MONEY FROM INNOCENT PEOPLE AND HAS MADE HIS LIFE GOOD. THE SAME WAY I HAVE ALSO BOOKED 2 FLATS AND PAID THE AMOUNT BUT TILL NOW NEITHER THE PLOTS ARE HANDED OVER NOR THE MONEY, I REQUEST EVERY ONE TO COME TOGETHER AND LAUNCH A COMPLAINT IN POLICE STATION AND ALSO CALL MEDIA AND MAKE HIM SHOW HIS REAL FACE TO THE WORLD ON ELECTRONIC MEDIA AND PRINT MEDIA

We have received a letter of demand from M/s Rajesh Buildcon to clear all outstanding dues as they will be giving possession by January 2012 which I feel is again is a fraud as they had done this couple of years back but no possession is given till date

I am also cheated by NR buildcon in manesar project.please guide me what to do or how i can register my complaint, so i can get my money back.
