[Resolved]  Nr Buildcon — Fraud real estate company in Delhi / Ghaziabad

I urgently require your help in getting my money back from a fraud Real Estate Company called NR Buildcon, through a property agent called Sunil Malhotra of Dreams Unlimited, baed out of Gurgaon([protected]). The promoters name are NK Jain ([protected]). Its office is in 72, Janpath, 1st Floor, Connought Place, New Delhi 110001.

In April 2006, NR Buildcon came out with a pre-launch scheme of plots in Manesar wherein I put in Rs. 6 lakh for a 250 sq.yds of plot. They said that they are soon coming out with a township in Manesar. However, after chasing for 1 year, they said that they did not get the license and that they are coming out with a new project in Ghaziabad and gave me the option of shifting to the new site. I shifted to the Ghazibad project wherein I was given certificates for two plots of 250 sq.yds. But, since there was no developments in Ghazibad project as well, I asked for my refund. They gave me two post-dated cheques of Rs. 327,000/- each in April 2007 (the additional Rs. 27000/- was supposed to be take care of the interest for the year). The cheques were to be deposited in May 2007. When I deposted the cheques, both the cheques bounced.

When I enquired with the office, one Mr. Pramod Mishra, their Finance Head said that I should wait since there is some financial difficulty. I waited for 1 more month and again deposted the cheque and the cheques again bounced due to insufficient fund. Whenever, I called them up, they assured that payment will be made in 15 days etc., but nothing happens.

I have now put cases under section 138 and 141 in the Patiala Court in August 2007. The court sent summons to NK Jain and asked him to come for hearing on 25th of Octobe 2007. Neither NK Jain nor his lawyer came to the court. In fact, we realise that the court summon was returned since the office said that NK Jain is out of station.

I am sure that there hundreds of other investors who have been duped by this builder. In the blogs, you can see that there are many investers who have been dupted by this buidler. I think they had taken Rs. 6 lakh from over 200 investors.

NR Buildcon is now promoting projects in Ghaziabad and still has a swanky office running in Janpath.

I request your help in getting my hard-earned money back PLEASE!!!

My story is same as of Mr. Guha.

Mr. Jain([protected]) director of the company does everything to keep buying more time but does not pay back. Even I hold bounced cheques. He will keep rotating the customers between Pramod Mishra ([protected], [protected], both seemingly discontinued), Ahemad, and Sourabh ([protected]), bur will not pay the money. All these people use multiple mobile numbers.

In their swanky office at Janpath, in different rooms mupltiple similar customers holding bounced cheques and asking money back can be seen.

It is extremely scary to feel that my asset build over lifetime is at stake.

I had also booked a plot with N.R.Buildcon almost year ago - till date there is no news on development. They dont respond on phone neither reply to email. The office in CP is also found to be closed.
Can some one guide and help so that our hard earned money is refunded.
