[Resolved]  NSDL — Change in jurisdiction

Dear Sir,

I have applied for change in address (from Mirzapur (U.P) to New Delhi) as well as in date of birth few years back. I received the new PAN after corrections on my new address but with wrong jurisdiction. This fact is known to me recently when I checked the status of my PAN from Income Tax site.My jurisdiction should be New Delhi but in PAN records it is wrongly mentioned LKN Lucknow. Due to this irreularity I am not getting my IT refunds since last three years from ITO Ward No 26(3) where I am filing my ITR regularly. Kindly rectify this error on an early date.

I an salaried employ and is same company from day one In my income tax return site my PAN card have correct address of Chandigarh .But my jurisdiction ward is coming ward46(2) this is of Delhi . Over that also as I have seen in my online site I have outstanding demand which is totally wrong as in my Form 26AS and form 16 it's shows that I have payed more in Assesment year 2009-10 . To get it rectified I have been calline the ward telephone number[protected] from long time, in mean while I have send registered post to ward and income tax office at Bangalore with all proof . But I have seen non rectification done .
As my I am located at Chandigarh and my JO is allocated as Delhi I am facing a lot of issue in getting my wrongly asked demand .
Also I don't get any demand letter in past .
Kindly suggest what should I do in getting all issue rectified .

In online Income tax site, in my login for Assessment year[protected] I have seen outstanding amount with DIN ( Demand Identification Number ) :[protected]T for amount 9550/- where as in form16 refundable amount of 1467/- is mentioned.Same can be seen in my fore 26as that is avaliable on site that my company have paid the tax ( tax at source ) .

I have send regestered mail to both JO and income tax banglore so that is wrong demand can be cleared but no responce .
I have tried JO landline number as well it's temperary out of service . As i am currently in chandigarh ( last 4 years ) i don't get any demand letter or intimation . I have consulter a CA as well he's charging 6000/- to get it rectified, as i don't want to spend my money to rectify income tax department error .so tried all ways but i am not getting any responce . Since my JO is delhi it's created more issue as i cannot go personally

If my case was transfered to my correct JO i.e. Chandigarh ( address in PAN also chandigarh as well for 4 years i an posted in chndigarh ) .

what can i do to get this demand cleared .
