[Resolved]  NSDL — pan card status

my date of birth has been mispint as[protected] instead of[protected]. i have also send my age proof certificate regarding the matter but not get any response yet.

i am pravesh kumar sharma my pan no is CILPS7773R my acknowledgement no is [protected] . i want to recive pan card. but my pan data cannot update correct mobile number. so i reqest you please update this no [protected]. SO please deliver of residance address T-232 BALJEET NAGAR PATEL NAGAR NEAR LOVELY PUBLIC SCHOOL...THANKYOU

Hello,

I have applied for Pan Card since last 3 months and your status shows that

"Name mentioned in Proof of Communication Address does not contain last name as mentioned in application. Submit proof of address where name in application exactly matches with name in proof."

However, I have sent you the "Proof of Address" and "Proof of Identity". I have forwarded you the "Degree of a Recognised Educational Institution" as well as the "Letter from Income Tax Department" where my name and address is correctly given. Please see the attchments.

dear sir, your reply.that a proof of address containing the last nane does not match with the last name mentioned in the application. It is not true and disagree with the stereotype reply. I request you to epedite the matter. The acknowledgement no. is [protected] I hereby again send copy of letter through mail received from your deparment and the same is enough to give u proof of address.

I have not received my PAN card no BIFK7862J bearing acknowledgement no. [protected]. As per status report of nsdl the card has been despatched on 27th May 2009.

Sir my PAN Card No BMEPK9809E is issued two times but my father name show wrong, my father name Kailash Chand and card show Chand Kailash, so i fwd 3rd time but one month comlete your department show under process. please issue early please.
