NSDL — Complaint regarding misprint | |||
My name is Gandhi Hardik R. This is the complain regarding my PAN card details mis-printed by NSDL. They makes some small mistakes while printing in their records so that customer gets helpless and they have to re-apply again for making that mistakes correct and that too by paying Rs. 96/- and filling a new form again and wait for that thing to be solved. I also checked the copy of my application, in that every information is clearly visible that what it is that alphabet or number, but still the typists in NSDL makes mistakes while entering the customer data in their records, they know that customer will have to apply again for making that changes done. And I also advice people to take xerox copy of your application before submitting it to NSDL/UTITSL people so that you can have a proof of your writing for further cases like this. I noticed it in almost all PAN card applicants in my contacts. Everybody got some or the other mistakes done by NSDL to get customers charged again for New filing of PAN application. Its wrong that our government only is doing such kind of Act and they expect from public to get good acts to be done to government. We pay tax for the government and our government-the so called Indian government backstabs in such ways. Was this information helpful? | |||
