NSDL — Harassing for re-issue of Pan Card | |||
Dear Sir/madam, I Shashank kumar, Bangalore I applied for pan card for re-issue on 25th Dec 2012 I made online payment through Net Banking Bill Desk service for acknowledgement number [protected], It got rejected due some mistake happened while filling the form. So, NSDL customer care told me to re-apply the same when I asked about the payment which I already made they told that I not need to make any payment again only I have to send the documents alongwith a covering letter mentioning the old avknowledgement number for adjusting the previous payment with new acknowledgement number I sent the same along with the required documents on 16th March 2013, which acknoedgememt m[protected] whe I checked on their site the status on 20th march 2013 it was mentioned that documents are not valid as payment was not recieved, than I called to TIN call center a lady executive spoken tp me and told me to send the mail with the transaction details of the previous acknowledgement mumber I sent the mail with the transaction details as said and same I informed over the phone, they told me that please wait for 3 to 4 days my application will get process, after than I checked on 29th March 2013 the status on tin-tinnsdl site but same status was there as last time. Than I again called to the TIN call center on 30th March 2013 and spoken to a executive named Priyank he told me after talking to his senior that the payment will get adjusted by12 hours and I can check the status by 31st March 2013. When I checked the status on 31st March 2013 it was showing no action they have taken...the status was remain same. I request you to please interven in this issue as NSDL is making me fool since long time..If a person will go through a broker by paying 300 to 400 rs that person get their Pancard within 15 days while I have spent more than 268 Rs on this particulars are down Speed post charges 2 times Rs 98 Pan card fee Rs 100.49 Calls to TIN call center 6 to 10 times Rs 70 And most valuable time spent calling them and harrashment given by the NSDL and their TIN call center . Please help me in this issue and I want compensetion for the harrasment I faced. Hope you will help me to get my pan card and harrashment compensation. Pan card — Regarding Reissue of PAN Card
