[Resolved] NSDL / PAN Card — non issuance of PAN Card | |||
I had submitted an application for issuance of PAN card for my mother vide ack no. [protected] on 11.08.2011. NSDL informed that the photo was not proper for scanning. I have twice submitted fresh photographs with different backgrounds and the same query is being raised. The telephone is not answered and there is no help for ascertaining the actual cause. As per Govt guidelines, she cannot undertake high value txns without PAN no. and it is not issued by the agency. It is regrettable that Sr. Citizen is treated in this manner.
