[Resolved]  obc ATM — Unblock of ATM card, card no:[protected]

Sub: Wrong transaction of ATM.


Respected Sir.


I am account holder of Oriental Bank of Commerce Guruhersahai (Punjab) Account No.[protected]. I am using ATM card of OBC bank. On 2nd July 2009 I used my ATM card to withdraw Rs. 8200/- from a HDFC bank ATM. first I entered all requisite data but there were no money came out from the machine . Machine did not gave me transaction slip also. Then I tried 2nd time in ICICI ATM but I found Rs. 8200/- already deduction from my account automatically on the same date. It is also showed failure of transaction. Kindly look into the matter & credit Rs. 8200/- to my account immediately.

obc ATM — withdraw 500 duplicate note from OBC ATM

I withdrawl RS10000 from the OBC (Bhasharatpur branch) on 10/08/10. I found one RS 500 note is duplicate. No. Of the note is(7DG 108424) . I complain about duplicate note in OBC (Bhasharatpur branch) but branch manager say this is not possible. Sir, please you take legal action or give me suggestion what i do
