[Resolved]  OLAY TOTAL EFFECTS — different quality products in different location

dear sir/madam
i am using the cream olay total effects for the last 3months.I have purchased the 1st 20gm jar from kolkata and recently purchased it from Durgapur,but the strange thing is that both are diffent.i have purchaed both of them from reputed local stores.Being in retail industry i had the doubt when i saw the packaging,neck of the 1st jar was black & partly cream but neck of the 2nd jar was totally black.Apart from this difference when i start to use the 2nd jar the smell of the cream & texture of cream are different!!!
I just stop using that 2nd jar right there..i have discovered all these just yesterday,so i decided to without wasting any more time inform the incident to you.
please look into this matter and take necessary action ASAP.
Its the matter of your company's reputation.
