I hav been selected by omega maritime services private limited on th basis od written test and interview on 6th nov 2009 at bharat institute of technology, meerut (UP) and and have my medical examination on 15th nov...

Im also curious about the same things but hav a few suggestions...

1 Ask the Omega people as an example the name of 1 or 2 institutes in which we will be sent for training...( The most Important point )
2 Talk to the DG shipping, Mumbai about this.
3 ask whether they will give us a CDC - Continuous Discharge Certificate or some other sort of govt. approved certificate or not...

I'm about to do the same things as i have suggested and will pot again as soon as i get to know the details...

I also want to know tahat what are the physical standards for the ECE students, did physically challanged person(by one leg 54%) join omega.

i have been selected for the ETO by omega. i want to know that the trainning tey are providing for the period (4+9) months, are they giving the certificates of govt. of india and after completion of the training period, are the providing us with the job.. plz reply me on my e-mail address..

Asia Maritime — pending salary

Company did not pay pending salary till this date when iam writing the letter.Please dont join it this company. my father shold get more than 2 lakh rupees.

I am a student of 7 sem ME and my main objective is to earn money so why not merchant navy and a special thanks to omega

I know everything about the head of this company, he had cheated many students earlier. Beware of him and the company. they will run away.
