On Dot Courier — Packet Not Delivered and Bad Behaviour

One of my Consignment from Chandigarh to Karnal with Docket No[protected] dated 10.09.2008 was not delivered to me till date. i called one of On Dot Representative Mr Puneet on[protected] regarding this, his way of talking was very bad and not co-operative. I think the service by on dot going worst day by day.

I sent a parcel on 13/11/2008, they told me that it will be delivered in 48 hours.
But its more than 80 working hours, till now its not yet delivered.
Am calling Cochin office, its always busy and i couldn't reach them.

It is really horrifying about the service of On Dot courier. There service is very poor and if you want to get the status of your consignment by customer care, there executives acts so lazy and irresponsible. Their efforts were really pathetic. They never bother to update you via email or telephone about your complain. If you call them they just give you false commitment and again the story will be remaining same. Mr. CEO of On Dot, These blogs should be a eye opener for you and your organization. If you are not able to give prompt service in this cutting throat competition then you will not survive here. Please think about your drawbacks and try to correct them.

On Dot Courier and Cargo — no delivery of parcel and staff also not helpful

i had send a 1.5 kg courier to bangalore on 05.12.08 via consignment number[protected] which is still lyng in their bangalore office n they say to collect the courier from their office on our own.
then whats the use of send the courier if one has to take pains to collect it ...

service is very poor...A parcel in my name was send from mumbai on 15th jan and till this day 20thjan 09 I have not received the parcel. I have enquired in the regional Bangalore office and they were tell due to shortage in delivery boy they can't able to deliver the parcel.
Its very disgusting.

I had send a courier for Sharupganj Distt Sirohi Rajasthan on dt 14/01/09 having AWB No[protected] but second party have not received yet. when i talk to Mr Dinesh, the boy who delivers the couriers for Sharupganj, he told me he had delivered the courier and when second party asked to MR Dinesh he answered that he had not received any courier for delivery. And now i wants to call to Mr Dinesh he does not pick up my call. Pls trace my courier and deliver it.

It is very BAD courier service and i will go to the higher authorities for so much non convenience.
