[Resolved]  On Dot Courier — non delivery of my parcel

Where is our courier ? My courier docket no. is on dot courier[protected] dtd.29/12/08 From Rajasthan Marketing, Jodhpur to Mr. Abhijeet Basak, ESab India Ltd., Kolkata but till date not party has received the courier not us so kindly let me know where is my courier now ? If it is not delivered then please return me of dispatch to the party urgently and reply return mail urgently, We have inform to your Jodhpur Office but they are enable to proper answer.

I sent 2 parcel on 4th June 2009, they told me that it will be delivered in 48 hours.

my PAN card not delever me

Never send any product through ondot courier. I have sent a product on 20th june, 2009 (cos Rs.3460) to Abhi Enterprises, Near Bansal Hospital, Radaur Road, Ladwa, Haryana - 136132. The AWB no is[protected]. It is not delivered till now. The On-dot kolkata office is not picking up my phone. I will go to court against them.

Dear Sir,

I had a courier vide Docket no.[protected] dt.on 05/07/2009 from Karam Pura to Symbiosis centre for distance learning (SCDL)-Pune.but you send envelope on my from Address after 11 days. I don’t know how this happened, but this is totally your fault, I had talked to karampura & south delhi hub off.but there nobody tell me how this happened.
Kindly look this matter on urgently basis & revert me back immideately because I have lost money & my one year education.otherwise I will go consumer court for this matter.
Kindly arrange to trace the same and oblige.

Bearing Zone — Non-delivery of parcel

We have booked a parcel on 11/04/2008 vide way bill no. A73997698, through Franch Express Pvt. Ltd.
But, the said parcel has not been delivered to the consignee. Regarding this I have personally visited the couriers office, but we did not got any satisfactory reply. We have sent them the letter by registered post also. The acknowledgement card of the post is with us. But till date we have not received any reply from the courier. Due, to this we have lost our customer also, who was our regular customer.
We want the compensation from the courier.

I am writing this letter to bring your attention to one of my complaint which i am facing with your courier services.

This is to inform you that i Mrs Shrivastav has sent one courier to Satyam Hyderabad office, somajiguda branch on behalf of Mr Srivastava on 22/07/09 for which AWB # is[protected].
As per company (Satyam) the courier was still not deleivered to them whereas you site is reflecting the status as delivered, which is a very contradictory statement.So to proove that the courier has been delivered i need the accepted copy of consignment, for which i had approached to your local agent at Madhapur, the same place from where i had couriered my document.
Your agent has assured me that i will receive the copy in a weeks time..but unfortunately its over 10 days & no responce from your side & the reason as stated by the agent is the courier person couldnt come because o[censored]nfavourable weather conditions.
Its hard to beleive that company is still doing business with this kind of service, had also gone thgh various complaint as lodged by other suferers.

Its really very harassing to get the details, so would request you to excalate the issue & respond asap.So that further action can be taken at my end, as the document sent by me were original & were important.Just now had mailed there customer care department & no wonder it bounced back.

I had sent courier vide AWB No.[protected] dt.16/09/2009. But to my surprise niether it has been delivered till date nor traceable on internet. iam afraid if it is lost in transhipment Ishall be in great trouble as it contains very-2 important original documents.Pl. help to locate it.

Sagar Electronics — Courier returned with missing materiel

I booke a parcel from kanpur to luckow to m/s Accel frontline Services Pvt Ltd on 6/10/2009 Docket No [protected]. This courier contains 8 deffective pen drives which are going there for replacement purpose but M/s accel frontline refuced to receive this and packet comes back to kanpur but no information given to us when we ask to kanpur office about parcel they gives us aopened packet which contains only 2 pen drives. we have not taken the delivery and give aletter to branch manager for claim but they refuced to receive the letter . now wat to do ? our office is just back to Trackon courier and our employee do courier from there 3-4 times a week. please do the necessary action and give us the claim for lost pen drives which is Rs 2400.00.
