[Resolved]  On Dot Couriers And Cargo Ltd — not delivered of my pocket by on dot courier

I had sent a letter to my friend containing some documents vide ON DOT Docket # [protected] dated 05/06/08. Till date the same has not been delivered. The courier promised excellent services & promised delivery within 48 hours.

We have not received the consignment, that was booked on 19.06.2008 from dehli to bangalore. Please do the needful in this regard. Treat this as urgent.

This is to inform that Docket No.[protected] Dated[protected] booked from Palam, New delhi to Chandigarh through Ondot courier. Till dated[protected] I have not received .On[protected] I have taken from Delhi ondot corier to chandigarh ondot courier office address & Phone no.( Delhi Office Phone No. :[protected] & Chandigarh address is :- SCO -68 -70, Basement, Sector-17, Contact Person Mr.Rana & Mr.Sohan Singh ) I called sector -17 office and mr. Rana told me that they have forwarded my packet to Kuber Enterprises, Booth no. 21, sector-38-C, Chandigarh, Phone No.:- [protected], Contact Person :- Mr. Sanjeev ) on dated[protected].then I contacted Kuber Enterprises they told me we have returen backed to sector-17 .Then Personally on dated[protected] to know about packet .In my present Mr.Rana talk to Kuber Enterprises regarding This Parcel. They also told Mr.Rana we have returned back to your office. Then they search sector -17 office but not avail to trace over the packet. They requested me One Day time to locate the parcel and taken my mobile no.On[protected] Contact Your office on Phone No.[protected] many time but not gething satifactory reply. Already contact with Your office staff Nisha, Pooja, & Other staff but they disconnect the phoneline intensly.On[protected] in stead of parcel received only DDR Copy which is registered on[protected] .Where as ondot courier still parcel is showing with Kuber Enterprises.

Kindly clarify following points:-

• Kuber Enterprices received the Packet on dated[protected] and logded DDR on dated[protected]. Why they have kept 6-Days whereas they inform me they have return back to sector-17.

I am going to give written complaint against false DDR registered in police station Sector -39 . This is for your information.

My brother in law from Nagpur have booked one cover thro' your courier on 01.07.2008 vide consignment note No.[protected]. But till date I have not received the same. My contact number is[protected], Mobile No.[protected].

Your early reply is highly solicited.

This is regarding missing item (a shoulder bag) from courier (AWB no:[protected] which was sent from Pune. It was received in semi open state in New Delhi and when inquired about the security guard who eventually received the parcel, it was said that the items are checked and that is why in semi-open state.
I am sick and tired of calling people of the on dot courier. They are highly uncooperative specially Mr Rangrajan, Mr Basant & Mr Sajid.

i have couriered to ahmedabad from baddi. docket no:[protected].
it was returned due to lock at delivered site.
in tracking system shown, courier is now at baddi from 21/09/10.
but it is not returned to me at curetech formulation since 21/09/10.
plz help to get back it.
