The Courier from Faridabad was booked on 04.07.09 for Kota vide Consignment no.[protected].
The courier containing important and time bound documents have not been delivered by the courier agency and on enquiry the agency is false excuse for address. The address on the envelope is complete and telephone no has also been mentioned on the envelope.

Dear Sir/Madam,
My friend sent a consgt. No AWB[protected] through on-dot n booked from Bhiwani (HR) to New Delhi (Dwarka) on 07.07.09 but still awaited 09.07.09 while the doc was much urgent. I made so many call to address correctly but no body provide appropriate information.So, you are requested to improve your delievery performance.I wasted much expensive time for surfing to collect contacts details also.

On Dot Couriers — Non Delivery of Important Documents

I have not received my courier till date which was despatched on 28th July 2009 from Sangrur (Pb). This packet contained "Rakhies" and festival is already over.

I approached their Gurgaon branch also and instaed of confirming that the packet is laying in their office, they had not delivered the same at my address.

I request you to please take appropriate against the company.Their service is realy very poor and they are paying no importance to their customres.

Very worst service... booked an order 15 days back from Allahabad to Bangalore.did not receive it yet, tried to call but could not reach any of thier numbers..This company must be closed or penalised for such worse service..
