I am giving Onida 21" Colour TV for srevice on 13.11.2007 in your authorised service centre in coimbatore M/s.Adonis Electronics Pvt Ltd, But they are still not responding so please sent replay waht is the status , our Job Card No.[protected] dated 13.11.2007 please do the needful.

I PURCHASED ONIDA 29" OXYGEN 2 YEARS BACK NOW ITS CRT IS HAVING PROBLEM AS PER THE SERVICE ENGINEER FROM ONIDA SERVICE CENTRE. HE IS SUGGESTING FOR THE REPLACEMENT OF CRT WHICH COSTS AROUND 9000/-. IS IT WORTH TO SPEND ONCE AGAIN, AS I PAID 15000/- 2 YEARS BACK. REALLY I AM SURPRISED ABOUT THE QUALITY OF CRT USED IN SUCH A STANDARD COMPANY TV. PLEASE LOOK IN TO THE MATTER.

I had purchased an Onida TV alongwith Onida DVD Player in the month of november 2007. Suddenly since last one month, the DVD player stop functioning properly. on inserting DVD in the player, "No Disc" message flashes, if i try more than 10 times, than it start functioning. I approach the dealer from where i had purchased the said TV & DVD. The technician from ONIDA had visited my place, he had informed that the lence of the DVD must be replaced and the warranty has been expired, i have to pay the charges for the lence. I was surprised to know that in just seven to eight month, the lence has been damaged, how it happened?, and the company like ONIDA is giving just six months warranty on this product? It's not fare on your part. You are therefor requested to please look into the matter and pls do the needful. my mobile no is[protected],[protected].

If this type of problems occured frequently, people would lost faith from this renownwd product, and as a result the comany will also have to suffer. So please make it easier for customer to be satisfied for the faith they have put in your products.

The part of the TV of Onida 21" Colour TV taken for srevice on 06.11.2008 in your authorised service centre in Mumbai Lalbaug M/s.Jupitor Electronics Pvt Ltd, But they are still unable to repair the same and not even replying with the estimate period to repair the part.so please sent replay what is the status, our Job Card No. [protected] dated 05.11.2008. Now One month and 3 days past. I am fed up from there service please do the needful.

this is for yur knowledge that i have purchased a onida colour television 29 from yur dealer m/s MAYUR, dibrugarh, assam, and the tv got out of order in the month of september 08 and after giving complaint to the dealer yur service engineer mr.sanjay das has visited to my residence and told me to take the circit and i have allowed him, but till date i have not received my circit and regularly enquering to the dealer and yur guwahati office and yur guwahati office is regularly taking their time but sir now that is enough and finally if till saturday i.e.10.01.09 i will not get my tv in the running codition i m going to take the legal action.
i have buy an indian company tv as thought that the service will b good but it is the worst service i have got.

Ihave purchased onida model DR---in the year 1995 and is still giving good service. Now in our area set top box(STB) has become operative and we are suppose to change over and use the set top box. When the technician came to install the set top box he found that AV(audio/video) connection is not compatible and need a AV converter. Kindly let me know any such thing AV Converter is required for this model and if required where it is available and details of this converter to purchase from the shop.

sorry but would like to join the bandwagon. Onida post-sales services sucks big time. I've been trying to track these Adonis service center to get my parent's onida AC repaired, but no luck they just would never show up. I bought this AC last summer when I had comedown for my vacation.

I have purcased a Onida TV from M/s. Good Use Enterprises, Daman on 31.03.08 & its not functioning properly since JAn'09. Picture appears smaller on sceen. Before completing even one year TV is not working is very starnge to imagine.
Now, on 23.05.09 its compltely failed at all. I need immidaite service engineer to attned the bareakdown. if its tube problem then I want new TV without paying extra. Its raely very bad quality TV.
I have purchased Onida Color tv 29" on[protected] from ADISHWAR INDIA LIMITED, Adhitya Complex Bejai, Mangalore 575004. whose email id is [protected]@adishwarindia.com . only after getting gaurantee from ADISHWARS that ur onida Company will attend to customers complaint without any delay.

We lodged our complaint on 8th of june 2009 to ur Onida s Service centre and our complaint was registered under complaint no TM-0202. But to our surprise nobody has attended to the complaint till today inspite of our contacting your Service Centre daily. We deeply regret for the lukewarm response and recalcitrant attitude of your Service Unit at Mangalore.

Please note that before taking any step, which may harm the company's reputation, we request you to instruct your Service Unit at Mangalore to attend to our complaint on priority basis and justify the assurance of ADISHWARS that your Company is customer friendly.

Please also note that if you are not attending to this complaint immediately we may have to inform to all Consumer Forums about the difficulties faced by us in purchasing your TV.

I've purchased a Onida Split AC. the service company is so pathetic they don't entertain peoples complaint even when we've taken extended warranty. i've paid in advance and they are not comming for the service after daily followup i logged my complaint on 18 June and still no reply.

after 20 days my warranty will expire and they have serviced the AC for only one time in a year and taken 2200 for this.

Please dont buy a onida AC in anycase. the AC is good but not the people. i ajust called again but the phone is not connecting now.

never take service agreement from them. its better you pay outside because they dont entertain even for working ACs for simple service. they are good for nothing.
