[Resolved] Onida / TV — Worst Customer care and service | |
I am Sakthi residing in Arumbakkam. I have Onida Tv 2 years old. On 21st May 2009 Eve I locked complaint stating On button is having some problem and call center registered my complaint. Call center committed that service will be attended on 22nd May 2009 before 14:00pm. But no one turned up Once again I called Call Center, they said it will take min two days to attend one service. Call Center informed that service will be attended on 23rd before 14:00pm. I called call center on 23rd at 10am to get the confirmation they said Service engineer has started and will reach you at 14:00pm. No one turned at 14:00pm then I called call center a Female picked the call and informed "why are u calling again and again and disturbing us we informed that service engineer will reach you today at any time. Till now no one has turned up and no information so far. I think service engineer is coming from America so such delay for him. Are they going to give a pleasant surprise on their presence. I have Onida T.V.and I was having trouble with Volume. Dec.28-07 bought warrenty till 2011. First time technition talk to me about buying warrenty which I did. May 12th/2009 I have same problem again I called the call centre they gave me complaint #[protected] Every day I phone the call center(
telphone Cost Rs.12 ) Finally 19/09 I spoke to Mr. Prakash who is incharge of technitions. He promised it would be repaired next day. Every day some excuse (technition had a accident while travelling by train other tecnitions went with him) Finally technition came onMay23/09 @ 9.00 p.m.my set was taken by him to repair and he was supposed to bring the set back on 30th May WhenI phoned Mr. Prakash to day, my technition got sick to day and he is keeping the system. He will send an other technition to pick up from him. When I asked him about my wait since may 12th. He was very angry and i was disappointed to listen such arguement tone from him. ONIDA is a well known company I did not expect such poor customer service and I would not recommend to any one. Unless my set is fixedwell and running well.Kindly consider to fix my T.V. A.S.A.P

The most worst experience I have ever faced with ONIDA Servicing
I have an ONIDA 29 Oxygen for which I have EWC till 2011. I had a power problem in my TV and complained to the customer care with complaint number[protected]Customer care 66833000 took nearly one week to answer my call and give the complaint number). One of the engineers visited my house and he said its a small problem and he don't have parts and will take 3-4 days to get them and went away. After a couple of reminders and calls another service engineer came with one diode and replaced it and he saw the TV is not switched on. Then he said its a major problem and he don't know what the exact problem is and went away asking me to bring the TV to service center.
I really can't understand howcome ONIDA is having this type of ineligible service engineers. and worst service.
