[Resolved] Onida / TV — Worst Customer care and service
I am Sakthi residing in Arumbakkam. I have Onida Tv 2 years old. On 21st May 2009 Eve I locked complaint stating On button is having some problem and call center registered my complaint. Call center committed that service will be attended on 22nd May 2009 before 14:00pm. But no one turned up Once again I called Call Center, they said it will take min two days to attend one service. Call Center informed that service will be attended on 23rd before 14:00pm. I called call center on 23rd at 10am to get the confirmation they said Service engineer has started and will reach you at 14:00pm. No one turned at 14:00pm then I called call center a Female picked the call and informed "why are u calling again and again and disturbing us we informed that service engineer will reach you today at any time. Till now no one has turned up and no information so far. I think service engineer is coming from America so such delay for him. Are they going to give a pleasant surprise on their presence. Such a Idiotic response from the call center.
