[Resolved]  Onida T.v. — Poor after sales service

I am giving Onida 21" Colour TV for srevice on 13.11.2007 in your authorised service centre in coimbatore M/s.Adonis Electronics Pvt Ltd, But they are still not responding so please sent replay waht is the status , our Job Card No.[protected] dated 13.11.2007 please do the needful.

I need to take action on your service person Mr Jagirdar he will giving false commitment each on every dasy as on today still not sloved my TV problem .i was ONIDA customer for 4 products (2TV 1DVD 1 AC).if the thing contineous same will go to some other product.
i have purched onida t.v. in 2004 now my t, v is not working so i told shopkeeper but he give me answer the person who from onida company was not arrived. when he will come ur t, v repair. last time he was come but i am not satisfy his work so i want please give me solustion for this metter and send good tecnical person who solve my problem. i hope u do needfull work for me, my comntect no.[protected].

I would like to inform you that I have purchased a onida 29" OXYGEN. I faced problems with the TV and the service people came and serviced the same two months back. After two months I am again the same problem with the set. I called up your customer care and lodged a complaint. My complaint No. is 56383742. After complaining, your service enginer visited and said that spares to be replaced for which he said he will come along with the spares. But till today no body visited and rectified the problem. It is very embarrsing that after spending so much of amount I am unable to use the set. I would like to know from you whether the problem will be attended or not? If the problem is not attended then I will sell of this set and go for a other company make. Keeping the faith in ONIDA I purchased this make. After so much of hardships if I am not satisfied with the service rendered by your authorised service centre then what is the use of keeping this make.
Also the TV is under warranty only.

2000 dec i purchased a onida 21 igo series model tv.it have a problem that is switch off after some time from starting time(10-15 minuts)
i would like to buy an onida 21 xtreme 400 tv..But i couldnt find any details in your site...
I have purchased Onida Poisson Home Theater TV in Oct 2006 (Rs.23700).

From the Date of purchase we are facing problems with the set. We have logged in our complaint in 8/14/2007 #[protected]. Since then we have registered 8 complaints. But the problem is not solved. Today complaint # [protected]

The problem is no Display (i-e. we are able to listen to sound but no picture, picture will go off suddenly when TV is running). Service people from ONIDA will come, they will do some soldering to make it work then they will go. Again after few weeks and months we will face the same problem. They give reasons, which are not satisfactory.

We don’t know whether the problem is with the set or the model itself. We are regular ONIDA customers. Having bought such a costly (Rs.23700) product and experiencing such bad problems is unbearable

If the problem is with the set, then make some arrangements to replace the SET, else if the problem is with the model, facilitate us to choose some other model in ONIDA.

This is inform you that my onida 29 inch tv has got repaired on 1st nov and my complaint has been registered on 2nd nov. your person came after seven days after lot of calls and said that an ic has gone and he will replace it the next day, but still on 19th nov there is no response. i have called him more than ten times and he is placing lot of excuse till date his cell no is [protected] even after saying that i will go to consumer court he cooly saying to go to the court. so i have no other go than going to the court. i have very much mentally affected due to this and i had never seen such a poor service in any other products like this.

i am in chennai/Camproad. i made a complaint regarding my tv on 15/10/2009. no to resolve my tv problem from the Onida service centre (Tambaram). after a repeated reminder from me they still donot care about the customer problem. every day they told service engineer. Engineer says TV Board come in Mumbai give this week. After come in one new tv board also problem that board. after engineer cut and past in my old tv board. now still my tv problem is not rectified. Onida is cheating the customer in the name of service. my humble request to the readers of this complaints donot buy hereafter Onida 29" Flat TV product.

My name Mrs .Gomathi .We have purchased the 29" tv near pallavaram on 4th of jan2010.Within 20 days we have come across that after swicthing off the tv some green light is coming .we have contacted thge customer service and inturn told that the picture tube is a problem and will be repalced .But i totally disagree theway the product is sold and i am in interest of repalcing a new one with my full satifaction .I think that this may be atken as serious complain and will extend your full support in the interest of the customer.

This also Working Properly and Before 3 years I have purchased Onida Air 1.5 ton Condition This also working very nicely and before one year I purchased 32" onida xaria TV. and Washing Machine This also works nicely. Realy I have satisfied with onida product. My 3 friends were also using the same onida product in their home. They were also enjoying with onida performance and service. Dear Sir,

I am using a 31 inch colour ONIDA TV, since 2 years. Initially there was no complain, but suddenly we found a big porblem. We coundnt see the picture, nor sound . We calld a mechanic, he suggested for a part - TRANSISTOR TOSIBA- D 1886. Wthether this part is avilable or not ?? Kindly suggest where to get this ??

I had a complaint no.[protected] dated 02.04.2010 with your customer care at Delhi,
in that conversation customer care executive repeatedly told me that your complaint will be attended within 48 hours,
you or anyone can say that but point is this you have to resolve these small issue within 48 hours.
Your engineer is came to attend the complaint on 03.04.2010 but he did not carried the related parts so my TV issue is not resolved, he promised to bring the parts on Monday i.e. 05.04.2010 but he is not turned up after reminding on 05.04.2010 around 3.00 p.m.

while at the time of complaint you always ask for the type of problem so why this irresponsibility of non-carrying the related general parts was shown.

I also registered the complaint no.[protected] on 04.12.2009 that also resolved after 7 days and whit ch was also same problem for that you have charged Rs.1050/-(450/-+600/-), if I will pay this amount in every quarter then what it worth for me.

Kindly analyse your very poor customer service and inadequate quality of service.

i have given my television for repair on 7th of april but still i didnt receive any correct info from them the executice informed the duration would be 3 working days when i call him he is not giving proper reply

I am Onida Customer My name is Swapnil I have one query that is yesterday i watch t.v. I press some button on remote then one smile list face come on screen & ofter Five minuet T.V. has suddenly shut down.
now when i am start the T.V they ask me for password for the same. but I don't know the password.

What Can i do? Please help me for the Same

Respected sir, I purchased new ONIDA THUNDER 3 years back and found we made mistake., more than 20 years we were using ONIDA COLOUR TV there was no problem at all, but for change we purchased Thunder from Ghatkopar Mumbai. Now Picture tube became weak. different types of colors we are watching. This is surprise to me. Such a very good company same ONIDA TV which was given back to dealer and purchased THUNDER I made mistake.? more than 20 years no a single problem and this direct picutre tube weak. I wish pl look into this matter and give me replacment. regards
I having Onida 21" colour TV in our Home in bangalore I log the complant to onida Service engineer vist & he rectfire the problam the same day problam was repeted & we called & inform the engineer about this when ever we calling he replying saying I will visiting within 10munitis 30munites like that he draging from last one week besacas of that i put leave and i waited at home am vary unhappy about the service
