[Resolved]  Onida T.v. — Poor after sales service

Dear Sir,
I was purchased Onida mobile model (G720) before 3 month. But I'm not happy his battery backup. I have been reading it every day to charge and when to whom It is half an hour then it goes down three cell immediately. I only request that you Against this soon take some action. For this I will be eternally grateful.

I lodged a complaint (No.[protected]) regarding non-functioning of power on switch of ONIDA TV Model CO21BLDUA with Sl.No.4037554 with Onida Service Centre on 03rd December 2010. The Service Engineer of Adonis Electronics Pvt. Ltd. (franchisee of OnidaTV) attended and rectified the problem on 16th December 2010 and charged Rs.150 towards the cost of component and Rs.325 towards Service (labour) charges as per cash memo No.41244 dated 16th December 2010. But there was same problem in the TV on the very next day i.e. 17th December 2010. I lodged another complaint No.[protected] on 17th December 2010 and I have been following up the matter almost every day with the service centre over phone but nobody turned up to rectify the problem till 17th January 2011. I suggest that nobody should buy Onida TV as the quality of service extremely poor.

I would like to know if anywhere available Onida TV 29" parts FlyBack - BSC25N1533? Since Last november I have given my TV to the ONIDA authorized dealer in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia. However they don't have the parts. I was trying to get parts from anywhere, but couldn't found. Please advise where I can get it. Thank you

I had an complaint in my onida tv and complaint in coimbatore service center M/s.Adonis Electronics Pvt Ltd on 15/4/11 through phone they didnt respond properly after 4days (19.4.11) only they came and took tv panel board and told will come back with in 5days but still they didnt come.

I buy a Onida TV model KY Thunder 5 years before. It works brilliantly but now from one year it is not working at all, i tried all my best to repair it but no result came out, I tried to call service center but always root busy, what should i do now, i even don't know the address of service center, WHAT SHOULD I DO NOW, please give some tips.

I had made a coplaint for my 29" flat tv, a person come and change 2 parts & charged 1020/-...then after 10 day again same fault occurs, i called up & person again come & repair and charged 720/-.. within 2 days same problem occurs again...now when i made a complaint, the person come and told that he is not having the part ...its been 4 days to go but no one come to see my tv...its really pathetic...kindly do some thing

This also Working Properly and Before 3 years I have purchased Onida Air 1.5 ton Condition This also working very nicely and before one year I purchased 32" onida xaria TV. and Washing Machine This also works nicely. Realy I have satisfied with onida product. My 3 friends were also using the same onida product in their home. They were also enjoying with onida performance and service. We really thanks onida to have given like quality product. thank you

I purchased Onida semi automatic Washing Machine-Hydrofall, from Sri Lakshmi Auto& Appliances, Chirala (Service Centre at Guntur) during 2010. Now the machine is now working & within the warranty period. I lodged a complaint with the purchased showroom on 13.06.2011.
