[Resolved]  Online Sky Shop — Wrong Product Deliver & Not Responding For Replacement.

With the referance of the below mail you will understand my problem.
There is no contact detail available on online sky shop's site. Only phone cantact available. which is mentioned in attachment. I was call them but they are not responding me.
I have also attached the bill receipt & courrier receipt.They are given me the email id which is also wrong([protected]@rediffmail.com)

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have ordered Spy Pen Camera From reference site (http://www.pencameraindia.com/index.html).
I have received the model in Red color while I ordered the different model which is in silver color as highlighted in the attached file.
And also please change the Power saver which I received in breakdown condition ( While shaking lose parts sound is coming from inside)

Please change the product as per my requirement.

Please do the needful.

ONLINE SKY SHOP — no response for change of damaged products

I ordered a 5 in 1 Sofa bed on 24/10/2010 at On Line Sky Shop with S,no- 1258( copy as follows). View Order Detail S NO Customer Name Last Name Address Total Shopping Price Date Status 1258 BIJENDER CHOUDHARY 1577,SEC5,R.K.PURAM 4000.00 10/24/2010 11:50:35 AM Paid the amount through Internet Banking. Product was delivered on 29/10/2010 (Saturday) simply through courier. No instruction or Demonstration about installation of Product was made. There was no receipt of transaction with product. I received this product on 29 Oct (Saturday) & Installed on 1st Nov 2010 (Monday). Next day we found that whole Air has deflated from upper Part (seating & Back Portion). I have tried to inflate the Air twice but it inflates in few Minutes. I tried to check whether there is any leakage. But there was not Leakage. It might deflate from Joints. I rang up at their call centre at Lado Sarai, New Delhi(Now Closed) for complaint at around 10:00 pm on 02/11/2010(Tuesday). Their dealing staff was not capable to lodge the complaint. I have ringed up & talk to Mr.SUDHIR, NEHA, LALIT & DEEPAK (Exicutives). But They havenot properly replied & suggested me to mail at customer care at (Bombay). I have regularly mailed since November 3 2010 at their mail ID [protected]@onlineskyshop.com. I have send Reminders on Nov 4,5,6,14,18 & December 19. I have called at their No [protected] from my Phone But they are not picking call from my Phone. 5 Months have been over but they havenot Replied nor solve my Complaint.
DamageOccured whole Air from Sofa Bed has deflated . I have tried to inflate the Air many times but it deflates in few Minutes. I tried to check whether there is any leakage. But there was not Leakage. It might deflate from Joints.
Required Relief Now I am not satisfied with relibility of their product(Sofa Bed). So as per their Money Back Guarantee & promise I request to Please Take back the product and return my money. Otherwise give me other products of my choice of Smae price (If any difference I will Pay)

ONLINE SKY SHOP — reminder 2

I have purchased a Pencam by making payment of Rs.2, 150 through online “sky shop” (Address: 3265, 1st floor, Sirkiwalan, Delhi-110 007) on 26th March'11. Unfortunately, I got a different product than that I have ordered through online (ordered for 16GB spy Pencam; delivered item: 32 Gb Pencam of a different company). Also, the item delivered to me is not working properly.



I have even made a complaint regarding this issue, but unfortunate they have not taken any action regarding it, and they are not responding properly; instead they are just hanging up our calls as soon as they hear the word "Complaint."



I appeal to the concern department to look into the matter as this kind of issues has been increasing day-by-day.



So, I once again request to the concern department to look into this and take up necessary action so that any other person does not face this problems in future.



We need your intervention for having the product replaced and also would like you to share a strong feedback with the website so that consumers should not be fooled by such merchants.

ONLINE SKY SHOP — DEFECTIVE MINI SEWING MACHINE

I purchased mini sewing machine from ONLINE SKYSHOP on 25/10/2011.It is delivered on 28/10/2011.but it was defective piece.i paid-1660/-for this product.cash/memo no.-876.I called the company people lots of time but no body is taking seriously.Even they didnot attend my call.pls take corrective action against them.

My order no. [protected] was done on 7th august and received on 11 august 2018. The payment was done with HDFC creditcard and the money has been deducted.
I have checked about the scams this website is doing with customers. onlineskyshop.com
I have received a chinese worthless product and no invoice and now there is no return possibility. I have been cheated by these people and want to raise a voice against such cheaters.
Kindly look into this matter and either initiate a step to either shut down this wesite or refund my money, CCavenues should not collaberate with such scammers to receive payment, it is not secure.
