I have booked One ticket through KSRTC Online booking Volvo AIRAVAT, but the transaction got failed one times and my money got deducted from Debit card of Rs.923/-. That amount had been transfer to CAO-FA-KSRTC E-T A/c no [protected] as per my SBI A/c statement. I had given complaint to ksrtc online refund department Before 31.01.12. Online transaction reference number is OB5386601 Date of booking is 30/01/2012. But whenever i call to them they are telling it will refund in another Seven Working days. It's has been Almost 17 days completed, but my amount has not yet been refunded. Please help me to get refund amount to my account.
