[Resolved]  Onward eservices — Broadband not working

I have Bsnl broadband connection.For the Past three weeks my broadband connection is not working ..I have submitted my modem to near bsnl office.But still their is no response.Even i have spend total one day at loss of pay in the bsnl office.But no response.They simply neglect us by saying that we will call after the problem is solved...But still no call ...Monthly i am paying a some of 1500 Rs- bill and this month i have to pay without usage.I dont know wat to da.
