[Resolved]  Orange Holidays — schoking holidays

Hi i am from hyderabad , victim of Orange holidays, recently we had taken 25yrs membership from the holidays after so many promises made by the executive rather had written and given , but we had a bitter and schoking first holidays with orange holidays . theyhad promised pick up from the station or airport to the hotel, but when called that actually started our bitterness, the executive at the reception clearly rejected by telling us we do not offer pickup . secodnly the room which they promised is suited for four actually only one person can stay in the room forget about even couple staying , when it was brought it to their notice after o ne hour argument theyasked to shift to another hotel which is almost five kms from the exixting one and we were travelling with our aged parents. after almost two hours of argument they finally agreed that once back we can produce the bills for whihc they would refund by deducting they minimum, but from last two months the executive did not turn up to taken the bill upon repeated calls finally SMS us asking us to send the scanned documents along with bank details even after sending the details it is two weeks now no reply. If any one is reading this kinldy do not fall in the trap of ORANGE HOLIDAYS AND KINLDY INFORM EVERY FRIEND OF YOURS NOT TO FALL IN THERE TRAP
