I was also planning to buy Oritrek Elite sometime this month and also spoke to their customer care representative, but now having a second thought. I am 54 kgs, so i think it shouldn't be a problem for me to use this machine...just that i want to reduce my tummy, but going by the reviews, looks like my husband wont be able to use the machine as he is above 70 kgs and the machine may break within after few uses :(

oh god I purchased orbital elite yesterday only... Thinking that I will become 0 size... Next month my marriage.. i m goone now :-( some one help me please... how toreduce weight.. can i rely on that machine now :-(
readers, understand duplicate names are in market. so beware of duplicates! there lot of difference between Orbitec elite and Orbitrek elite but it is vary hard to notice. duplicate never give prompt service. appears to be many bought here duplicate product Orbitrek elite!

How this peoples came to the marketing without giving proper services to customers. My experiences i have taken Orbitrek Elite last 15 days Back within that i got problem how times i followed up but non of them responded why heal they are keeping customer care center i think non of the issue has been resolved it now. We have to logo a complaint to Consumer forum,

Absolutely agree with you. i bought it few months back, now its not working, the worst thing is when you call up for service no proper information is provided. one staff by name Praveen said he is specially posted at Bangalore from Chennai to handle such complaints and promised me to come and service it within 2 days. now 2 months over since that conversation no body has turned up yet. they are a complete cheat. My strong advice to all the readers never never go in for this product. its a complete waste of time and money. however iam loadging a complaint with consumer forum any body would like to join me are most welcome.

Folks, you will get similar kind of machine with much quality from BSA...Cost is little bit hight but it ensure good quality... Pre & Post services are "OK"...
I am from Sir Lanka. I bought OrbiTrek Elite recently. From the day 1 it was noisy after it was delivered and had a manufacture fault with it's crank.
I also came to know the same (OrbiTrek Elite made in China) is sold elsewhere in Sri Lanka for LKR 13, 000 (half price).
There are also similar products with there competitors for around LKR 15, 000.
What is the purpose of selling this product in a premium price (LKR 29, 000), if Teleseen can not test them before selling?

I agree with the above mentioned comments.I bought the Basic Orbitrek and deliverd fast in bangalore.I called chennai office multiple times and till now no one rectified the noise problem in the product..Pls do not by the product by looking the ADD IN VIJAY TV

I eagerly planned to purchase orbi trek elite product after watching the advertisement in television. Though my husband advised me do not to buy this product, it will not work out. But i get tempted to buy orbitrek by seeing there showful advertisement. But after reading all the above customer's complaint i never ever think of it ...Thank god... you guys really saved by from these cheaters.

It’s a sheer shame that none of the orbitrek representative / dealers / sellers (whoever concern) have commented and /or tried to take an accountability of answering all the above mentioned queries and complaints. That shows their attitude and somewhere in their heart they are also convinced that this product, Orbitrek Elite is fake and cannot win trust of people.
