Personal usage experience on Orbitreck ProductWe bought Orbitreck steel wheel (Heavy duty) with pulse model Product from Excel Brand (Germen Tech) through a local Dealer (Well win Fitness center).Marketing points (Advertisement) 1. Burn 800 Calories within hour2. Zero Maintenance3. Reduce the overweight4. Maintain the regular Fitness5. Watch the movies and do the exercise6. Can to the exercise any climate like Rain, Hot /cold Climate, etc…Due to that Generally Peoples are buying this product to reduce the overweight and regular Fitness Actual Result1. If you do the stepping /cycling exercise on standing position to reduce the overweight then your knee joint’s will get damage soon and it will be very difficult to recover. 2. Maintenance point of view, this kind of product soon will get vibration + Noise, if you call for service they will apply not even Rs. 10 worth Grease as lubricant and you need to pay service charge as 400+ for that.3. For any spare parts like Bearing the cost is around three thousand 3000 + charge as 400.4. Over all its poor quality product and it’s a fraud and cheating business. Actually, I bought Orbitrek Elite about 4 years ago and up to two months a go I did not used it a lot (in total about one months), but two months ago which I start using it in daily bases, first of all the pedal broken in one month (I fixed it myself) and now the monitor (which shows time, calories..) is not working properly. Please provide me the contact information of their office till I contact for repair or if it was cheap, buying a new monitor.
