[Resolved]  Orbitrek Elite — Product booking

I have booked Orbitrek Elite for my father, at Kaloor branch ernakulam... They took my order and told me that they will deliver this at my place the very next day... Next day i cancelled all other programmes and was waiting for them till evening... later when i called up they are saying the product is not send from there office.. [ they never tried to inform me about the same] and they will deliver it to me next day by 12 PM ... Now when i'm calling them they r saying they have 'nt send it yet... And was arguing with me about why they haven't delivered it yet... I cancelled it and told not to send it ... He is saying he will deliver it to me next day... Which sounds very irritating...

I 'm fed up with this stupid people who dont have any value for other's time...

i am very much eager to buy this product. but by seeing the compliants in the net i started thinking about it. i have also recommended to my 5 of my friends to buy this.. as soon as i saw this i called up and said not to buy.
even i agree that they hardly respond for the complaints... so pls dont buy this product... the first person whom we contacted told us that he ll see to it immediately but after that no response from him nor from the company... We are making a call to the company atleast 10 times per day... i am really feeling that we have wasted the money invested for this product... can anyone help me to resolve it??
Please walk through consumer court... You will get the justice over there...
i thought of buying it after seeing the reviews am very scareed to buy it better i go walking daily rather than buying a waste product
but the product is good and effective.
