[Resolved]  Orbitrek Elite — Not Properly Working

Hi,

I have purchased OrbiTrek Elite on 13/11/2011, I have given a complaint next week regarding the smooth working (produce high sound) I have follow-up daily till now this has not resolved. Whenever I'am calling they are saying today definately we weill send the Technition but they are not sending every time this is only hapenning. I have talked more times their Manager at Chennai office also but till now they did not solved the problem.

I strongly suggest please do not buy this product if you buy they will deliver the product very fast but after that service is very very worst there is no proper responce for service really I'm very fustrated with them. Please beware of this product they are giving so many Advertizements in all papular TV Chanels

I filed the complaint on friday (12.7.2013).They replied that they will respond within 2 days but i did not receive any respond till now.Its been almost a week.The orbitrek is not working properly;that is the bolt has come out.The service is very worst.hope so i receive some response atleast now.

right leg gaurd is broken

actually my friend gave me while he was going to U.S.A... but there is no registered telephone number i want the paid service iam waiting from 2 months...please help me
