I am the deceived owner of Flat T7/302. I had taken possession of this flat in July 2009. During inspection done prior to possession, I informed Orchid Petals of few problems in the flat such as seepage in bedrooms and bathrooms.
The maintenance people kept on promising new dates for the repairs. On September 1, 2009, I had put this flat on rent.
After that also dates after date, promises after promises.
Now my tenant has told me to vacate the flat, which would result in revenue loss for me and Orchid Petals is supposedly “not responsible” for this.
In the month of September 2009, they had changed the electricity meter without showing me the reading on the meter. I don’t know if the meter charges I have paid are correct or they have again cheated me.
I am paying around Rs. 4600/- to listen to new promises and dates. This is how Orchid Petals work. Was this information helpful? |
- Utterly high maintenance charges and not providing the services at all..they think residents are fool and will pay whatever they ask for irrespective of the services they provide
- Management doesn;t even bother to respond to your concerns
- Complete dictatorship in the society premises and always saying residents can't do this that.They have to mandatory go for Airtel dish TV whether consumer wants or not. There is no boradband facility.BSNL is the only provider allowed which doesn;t even bother to give connections. No doubt they would have got hefty money from these guys.
- Parking is not operational.
- Security of residents is out of question. They don;t even bother to hear that concern from residents.
- Poor quality construction .
I think its high time now that residents should approach consumer court because its just becoming intolerable.After paying such hefty amount to Orchid, these things should not be acceptable at all.
