[Resolved]  Orient Fans — rusted fan blades

4 Orient Fans purchased from M/s Shree Bhairavnath Electric on25/9/09 with a 2 yrs warranty, The fan blades have rusted and have started making noise.
Complaint no 132 registered on 16/10/10 . Person visited and inspected and assured replacement, but till date after repeated phone calls just being assured everyday that their representative will come and no one shows up causing a lot of inconvenience. This kind of service was not expected from a company like Orient.
