[Resolved]  Orient - Tornado Pedestal Fan — Rusting on the Guard Set

I bought a Orient Tornado Pedestal Fan from Moti Sewing Machinery Co Bapujinagar Bhubaneshwar, on 04/06/2009 with six month i had noticed the front guard of the fan got completely rusted. I approach the said dealer but he did not responded to me and said that rusting is not covered. I have carefully read the Guarantee card where company is giving 2 years guarantee on the product and there is no exclusion for the guard in the sheet.
As am not getting the service form the dealer or the company, hence I am approaching the Honorable Forum for the Justice.
