[Resolved] Oriental Insurance — company not giving me mediclaim | |
sir, my big brother have mediclaim from oriental insurance company from last 5 to 6 month. last month he admit in hospital for 10 to 11 days .my brother making a mistake when he admit in hospital he forget to inform insurance company. after few days he remember he have mediclaim . he took all bills and report from hospital and go to the insurance agent. insurance agent clearly say u r not inform thats why your claim is not pass. plz told me wat iam doing . hospital bll is 13000/--- Was this information helpful? | |

my name is chand khan . i have a oriental insurance policy for my brother Golden khan, 652, ram darbar phase 2, chandigarh . period time 20/02/2009 to 19/02/2010 . but my brother was dead in accident month of december 2009 . so i got in oriental insurance branch in sec 20 chd . submit my file . but this time he totally hrash me last 2 months . n say go any where . my policy no 231110/48/2009/965 . for Rs 100000 .
plz help me . i don't know where m go .
