[Resolved]  Oriental Insurance — Rembrusment Check not recive

Hi,

after registerd a complain on 06-05-10. I got a call on 10th May'10 regarding the same howver they had commit that i will receive my cheque within 1 week and also confirmed the amount(INR 7900) but i didn't receive any cheque till date.

Call received from[protected] on 10th May'10.

Note: I have already registerd the same complaint on 06may'10 after that i recived call.

Still i am waiting for rembrusment check.

Complaint registerd on 06/05/10

Hi,

I have claimend for my bike on 5th Mar'10 and survey man passed the claim 11,500 rs. and assured that i will recive the rembrusment check with in 2,3 working days.

But Now 1month has gone and i have't recived any check.

I have also visited to the nearest Oriental insurance office which is based at sec-14 Payal cenema girgaon to get status of my check but they said yours case is handled in our head office they provide help line no. but not gets any responce[protected],81,82

Still i am waiting for rembrusment check.
