i am unable to send friend requests to my friends.i am getting message"ADDITION OF FRIENDS HAS BEEN TEMPORARILY DISABLED".So pls help me regarding this issue.

FROM THE LAST FEW DAYS WHEN I SEND A FRIEND REQUEST TO ANY ORKUT MEMBERS,
