sir, i can not scrap my friends for few days..

I am unable to send any scrap to any one and this happens with me lots of time before also.

I am very frustated by this problem.because I am a permanent orkutter and unable to reply my frends .
So pls look out at my problem and try your best to solve it.
and hopefully nvr let it happpen again

I am moxes, I have an orkut account can't send any scrap to my all friend's & new friend also.when i try to send scrap then appear this message "Posting to this user has been temporarily disabled". I also can't add any new friend also when i try to add any new friend then this message also appear " Addition of friends has been temporarily disabled".So I requested to you solve my problem as soon as possible.
