Further to my above referred letter on my PF amount transfer from Regional PF commissioner , addressed to PF Commissoner, I am yet to hear from your on actions taken to redress my grievance .

I am Kantheti. .Satya Narayana , presently working with M/s Tata Projects Ltd at Hyderbad ( AP ) which is covered by PF Trust for its employees PF requirements.

I am briefly giving particulars of my previous employers , year of employment and PF number etc to quickly understand my PF grievance .

When I resigned from ARM Ltd ( Year 2002) and joined BSES Ltd , I applied for transfer of the PF accumulated amount to then my new employer BSES Ltd (new name now is Reliance infrastructure ltd ) , the transfer request for PF amount was taken place from (through) your Regional Provident commissioner AP ( at Hyderabad ) and done Vide the cheque particulars - Cheque no 446881 dated 25.3.2004 for Rs 3,38,041 ( Rs Three lakhs thirty eight thousand forty one only ) to Regional PF commissioner Mumbai ,as per the records of PF Hyderbad office . Unfortunately this amount was not credited to my new PF account no MH/ 1127/8866 with employer BSES Ltd

I left BSES Ltd in Dec 2005 and joined TATA Projecst Ltd at Hyderbad .This descripency was noticed by me RECENTLY , when I wanted to withdraw the money for family need from the present employer TATA Projects Ltd - PF account AP /HY/ 28986/2507 .
I request you to kindly arrange to look in to the case and arrange to transfer the amount with interest payable ( at then prevailing interest rates ) to my present account no AP/ HY/ 28986/2507 with my present employer M/s Tata projects ltd , Hyderbad
