[Resolved]  Otis Lift — Not Working

With due respect &greetings from Hotel Rose International,Nilambur God own country , Kerala.

I would like to inform you that our Otis service lift is not working. Every two days we rang to your maintenance persons. when they came and do some work its OK and the next two days it works after it go for another strike.From the first day this lift is not working properly and we are giving regular complaint's for the same. Really poor performance by your maintenance. So i kindly request you to loOK into the matter immediately. Regards
